摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for using a transaction to collect additional transaction information. The method may include: receiving transaction information indicating that a transaction of one or more products and/or services has been made by a user from a merchant; when the transaction information is received, scanning a user e-mail account to identify a receipt for the transaction within an e-mail of the user e-mail account, wherein the receipt is indicative of a transaction price; when the receipt for the transaction is identified: extracting information of the one or more products and/or services from the receipt; and based on the extracted information, automatically generating and submitting a price adjustment claim for the one or more products and/or services when a price lower than the transaction price is found; and when the receipt for the transaction cannot be identified: automatically submitting information about a missing receipt to a fraud system.

摘要: Methods, systems, devices, and computer-readable media for detecting multi-party events and transactions are provided. User data may be monitored to detect data associated with an event involving multiple individuals, such as by identifying transaction data associated with certain types of merchants and/or scheduling, calendar, or correspondence data indicative of an event. The data may be further analyzed to identify a date, location, and/or parties associated with the event. A multi-party event may be generated. The user data may continue to be monitored to identify transactions associated with multiple parties and occurring during a time and/or at a location of the event. At a conclusion of the event, the transactions may be aggregated and an optimal payment scheme may be determined for settlement of the transactions between the parties. In accordance with the determined payment scheme, delegation of portions of the aggregated transactions may be initiated for settlement amongst the parties.

摘要: A person conducting offline commerce transaction provides a number that uniquely identifies the person, such as a credit card number, cell phone number, or other number. That number is converted into a dual barcode comprising a first barcode and a second barcode. Each barcode comprises a predetermined standard number of digits to render them compatible with standardized barcode readers available at most retail and commercial establishments. The person's barcode number is encrypted by an encryption algorithm selected by an index located in the first barcode. The person's barcode is rotated before or after encryption and the resulted encrypted User ID Barcode is placed in the second barcode. The first and second barcodes contain the standard number of digits with one of the digits provided with a unique symbol distinguishing the first and second barcodes from each other and from barcodes that are associated with products that may be scanned during a commercial transaction using the User ID Barcode.

摘要: In accordance with aspects of the present invention, a magnetic secured transmission system is presented. A magnetic secure transmission (MST) system can include a full-bridge driver that includes four transistors configured to regulate current through a coil; and a driving controller coupled to drive the full-bridge driver at a high frequency. In some embodiments, the transistors in the full bridge regulator are driven with a high frequency pulsed-wave modulated (PWM) signal to control the current through the coil. A method of magnetic secured transmission (MST) of MST data according to some embodiments includes receiving the MST data; generating coil data in response to the MST data; driving transistors in a full bridge at a high frequency to drive current through a coil according to the coil data.

摘要: Advanced loyalty applications are provided to improve the functionality of cards and devices. For example, a user interface may be placed on a card (e.g., a physical button) or a telephonic device (e.g., a virtual button on a capacitive touch screen). Manual input provided to this user interface may, for example, cause a non-merchant product (e.g., insurance) to be purchased with a merchant purchase. The product can be paid for with debit, credit, gift card balance, or points. A code indicative of a user's desire to purchase the product may be communicated to a payment card reader (e.g., to a magnetic stripe reader via a magnetic stripe communications device). A display may be provided next to a button to allow a user to scroll, or toggle by pressing the button repeatedly, through different products (which may be merchant or non-merchant products).
