摘要: A display panel includes: a liquid crystal cell; an optical layer configured to transmit part of light incident onto the optical layer whose polarization direction is parallel to a transmission axis of the optical layer, and reflect a remaining part of the light incident onto the optical layer; a first polarization structure configured to transmit part of light incident onto the first polarization structure whose polarization direction is parallel to a transmission axis of the first polarization structure, and absorb a remaining part of the light incident onto the first polarization structure; and a second polarization structure configured to transmit part of light incident onto the second polarization structure whose polarization direction is parallel to a transmission axis of the second polarization structure, and absorb a remaining part of the light incident onto the second polarization structure.

摘要: A backlight module includes a backlight source and a backlight driving unit. The backlight source includes a white-light source and a compensating light source. The backlight driving unit includes a primary driving module and a compensating driving module. The primary driving module, within a compensation time duration, according to a current environmental temperature, selects a compensation-driving function corresponding to the current environmental temperature; and according to the selected compensation-driving function, supplies a compensation controlling signal to the compensating driving module. The compensating driving module acquires the compensation controlling signal, and according to the compensation controlling signal, supplies a driving signal to the compensating light source. The compensating light source acquires the driving signal, and emits light when driven by the driving signal, whereby a variation value of a white-dot chromaticity coordinate of the displaying module within the compensation time duration is within a preset range.

摘要: The present application discloses A thin film transistor (TFT), including: a substrate; a source-drain layer comprising a source electrode and a drain electrode over the substrate; and an active layer comprising a poly-Si pattern and an amorphous-Si pattern having contact with the poly-Si pattern over the substrate. The amorphous-Si pattern is between the poly-Si pattern and the source-drain layer; the source electrode overlaps with the poly-Si pattern and the amorphous-Si pattern respectively in a direction substantially perpendicular to a surface of the substrate; and the drain electrode overlaps with the poly-Si pattern and the amorphous-Si pattern respectively in the direction substantially perpendicular to the surface of the substrate.

摘要: The embodiment of the present invention discloses a display panel, a driving method thereof and a display device, a plurality of shift register units connected in one-to-one correspondence are arranged at one terminal of a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of charging modules connected in one-to-one correspondence are arranged at the other terminal of the plurality of gate lines; each charging module charges a corresponding gate line when the corresponding gate line is applied with a scanning signal by the shift register unit, i.e., when the shift register unit applies a scanning signal to the gate line, the charging module to which the gate line corresponds charges the gate line at the same time, which realizes bidirectional application of the scanning signal to the gate line, and increases the charging rate of the gate line.
