摘要: The present disclosure discloses a cover structure, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The cover structure includes a first and a second transparent flexible film layer, a glass panel, and a first optical adhesive layer. The first transparent flexible film layer has a folded region and a non-folded region. The glass panel is disposed on the first transparent flexible film layer, and a projection of the glass panel on the first transparent flexible film layer is located inside the non-folded region. A part of the first optical adhesive layer is formed at a side of the glass panel facing away from the first transparent flexible film layer, and a part of the first optical adhesive layer covers the folded region of the first transparent flexible film layer. The second transparent flexible film layer is formed at a side of the first optical adhesive layer facing away from the first transparent flexible film layer.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an anisotropic conductive film, a display device and a reworking method thereof. The anisotropic conductive film comprises: a first resin layer having positively photosensitive characteristics and conductive particles distributed in the first resin layer. Since the first resin layer has positively photosensitive characteristics, it can be decomposed after the exposure process. In this case, when failures occur in the binding of the display panel with the external circuit by the anisotropic conductive film, the first resin layer in the anisotropic conductive film can be decomposed by performing an exposure process on the anisotropic conductive film, so as to separate the external circuit from the display panel for reworking of the display panel. In this way, no heating process is needed, which not only simplifies the reworking procedure, but also is suitable for the reworking of a flexible display panel.

摘要: A display device and a method for manufacturing a display device are provided. The method includes: forming a material layer on a first face of a display panel; forming a touch panel and a polarizer sequentially on a second face of the display panel, the display panel having an end projecting beyond lateral faces of the touch panel and the polarizer; removing a portion of the material layer located in a first area on the display panel, the first area being located out of an effective display region of the display panel; and bending the first area of the display panel towards the first face such that a second area and a third area of the display panel are located on both sides of the material layer respectively, wherein the second area and the third area are connected to two ends of the first area respectively.

The method includes: acquiring facial posture information of a driver of the vehicle in a camera coordinate system by any one driver monitoring assembly of at least one driver monitoring assembly, determining a visual field of the driver based on a gaze direction of the driver and the eye position of the driver, acquiring coordinates of the two display assemblies in a world coordinate system, converting the coordinates of the two display assemblies in the world coordinate system into coordinates in the camera coordinate system based on a first conversion relationship, determining whether any one display assembly of the two display assemblies is within the visual field, and capturing an external image of the vehicle captured by the imaging assembly.
