Abstract: According to one aspect, a tissue fastening device may comprise a body configured to include a plurality of fasteners; an anvil rotatable relative to the body; and a tissue cutting device. The body may define a longitudinal channel configured to receive the tissue cutting device. The tissue fastening device may further comprise a fastener actuator configured to move proximally relative to the body to deploy the plurality of fasteners from the body; and an actuation wire coupled to the tissue cutting device and the fastener actuator. The actuation of the actuation wire may cause the fastener actuator to deploy at least one of the plurality of fasteners into tissue distally of tissue cut by the tissue cutting device.

The piston may include a piston head engaged with an interior surface of the chamber, and a piston rod coupled to a tissue engagement component of the endoscopic device, wherein pressure from a fluid within the chamber actuates the tissue engagement component.

A first tissue fastener may be engageable with the attachment member and with a target tissue. The second end of the filament may be translatable to adjust a tensional force along the filament.

An example medical device may include a shaft, a sleeve attached to the shaft, cutter slidable within the sleeve, a cinch sleeve releasably coupled to the sleeve, and a cinch member. Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a stabilizer is configured to engage and stabilize a target tissue site so that a procedure may be performed on a target tissue independently of the stabilizer. A lever is associated with the stabilizer and coupled with the target tissue to leverage the target tissue. In some embodiments, the stabilizer is deployed proximal to the target tissue site, with the lever proximal to the target tissue site and proximal to the distal end of the delivery device used to deploy the stabilization and leverage device. In such embodiment, the lever includes a lever component which may extend through a passage in the stabilizer to be controlled at a proximal end of the delivery device.
