A medical device includes a sheath extending from a proximal end to a distal end and having a lumen extending therethrough and an end-effector disposed at the distal end of the sheath including a first resection loop configured to resect tissue and a secondary tool including one of a second resection loop and a tissue-vaporizing structure mounted distally to the first resection loop.

In general overview, an exemplary system includes any number of the following: a delivery device, a sling assembly, guide members, and connectors that interconnect the above. Embodiments of all the above components and their combinations are disclosed. Methods of using the above system in suprapubic, prepubic, transvaginal, trans-obturator and other approaches are also disclosed.

Medical devices, systems, and related methods of use are disclosed. The systems may comprise a sheath for insertion into a body lumen and an extraction tool for passage through the sheath, wherein the extraction tool may include a handle, an end effector, and an optical device. Methods disclosed herein include introducing an extraction tool into a urethra for retrieving and removing tissue from the body, e.g., with an end effector, without morcellating the excised tissue.
