摘要: A phase shifter includes a base substrate; a signal electrode, first and second reference electrodes all on the base substrate, and the first and second reference electrodes being respectively on two sides of a length direction of the signal electrode; an interlayer insulating layer on a side of the signal electrode away from the base substrate; and a phase control unit including a film bridge on a side of the interlayer insulating layer away from the base substrate. The signal electrode is in space enclosed by the base substrate and the film bridge, and two ends of the film bridge respectively overlap with the first and second reference electrodes in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate. The film bridge includes first and second anchor point areas and a functional area between the first and second anchor point areas, and has a hollow pattern in the functional area.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an antenna unit and a multi-beam antenna. The antenna unit includes: a first dielectric substrate; a reference electrode layer; a first feed line and a radiation layer, the first feed line being electrically coupled to the radiation layer; and at least one layer of metasurface including a second dielectric substrate and at least one patch unit, the patch unit including a plurality of patch structures arranged at intervals and side by side. For any one of the patch units, an electromagnetic wave radiated by the radiation layer has different transmission phases after passing through the plurality of patch structures, and transmission phases of the plurality of patch structures increase or decrease sequentially.

摘要: An antenna includes: a substrate; a first reference electrode on a first surface of the substrate; a radiating element on a second surface of the substrate, feeding directions of a first port and a second port of the radiating element are different; and at least one transmission structure on the second surface of the substrate and connected to at least one of the first port and the second port. The transmission structure includes: a signal electrode, a second reference electrode on at least one side of the signal electrode, and at least one membrane bridge; the signal electrode feeds a microwave signal into the radiating element, is positioned in a space surrounded by the membrane bridge and the substrate, and is insulated from the membrane bridge through an interlayer dielectric layer; orthographic projections of the membrane bridge and the second reference electrode on the substrate are overlapped.

摘要: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for driving an acoustic transducer, including: obtaining a reference electrical signal according to a first electrical signal output by a first acoustic transducer element in a case where sound waves are not received by the first acoustic transducer element; obtaining an actual detected electrical signal according to a second electrical signal output by a second acoustic transducer element in a case where sound waves are received by the second acoustic transducer element; and performing a noise reduction process on the actual detected electrical signal according to the reference electrical signal to obtain a noise-reduced signal as a final output electrical signal of the second acoustic transducer element in a case where sound waves are received by the second acoustic transducer element. An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an acoustic transducer.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and an antenna. The phase shifter includes: a substrate; a signal electrode, and a first reference electrode and a second reference electrode respectively on two sides of an extending direction of the signal electrode; an interlayer insulating layer on the signal electrode, the first reference electrode and the second reference electrode; and at least one phase control unit each including a film bridge. At least part of the at least one phase control unit further includes at least one driving structure including at least a driving electrode; at least part of the at least one driving structure has a different height from a height of the signal electrode in a direction away from the substrate; the driving structure in each phase control unit is at least partially overlapped an orthographic projection of the film bridge on the substrate.
