摘要: A blow molding method manufactures a sealed container and fills the container with a substance. The container body is connected to a head or top. A part of the head can be detached for opening of the container. A segment of an extruded tube is mounted in a blow mold having an axially movable mold base. The diameter of the extruded tube is slightly greater than the diameter of the head or top. Following the closing of the tube end forming the bottom of the container, air is blown into the tube and simultaneously the mold base is moved toward the top jaws of the blow mold forming the head. After filling of the container and possibly mounting of an insert body into the top segment of the tube forming the container head or top, the mold base is moved still further in the direction of the top jaws, until the container is free of air. Then, the head is formed and is sealed securely with the outer surface of the insert body.

摘要: A container for delivery of flowable material has a plastic, deformable container body which can be compressed in its longitudinal direction and a neck of smaller diameter attached to one body end with formation of a projection. The delivery through the neck projection corresponds to the volume diminution obtained by the length reduction of the body, for quantitative regulation of the material delivered through the neck. A cup-shaped bushing has its floor engaged on a shoulder projection of the body. The bushing floor has a passage opening for the neck. A piston is slidable in the bushing until it contacts the bushing floor. An indicator arrangement makes a visible indication of the movement path of the piston in the bushing.

摘要: A stacking device having at least two stacking wells supplied from above is arranged subsequent to a delivery conveyor for printed products. A deposition apparatus for depositing one cover sheet on each completed stack is also provided. In order not to have to deposit this cover sheet upon the stack just as it leaves the stacking device, a device for preparing individual pre-printed cover sheets is provided. The deposition apparatus includes a cover sheet conveyor arranged subsequent to this cover sheet preparing device. The cover sheet conveyor is provided with a controllable outlet for each stacking well and opens into its associated stacking well.

摘要: An apparatus for destacking a stack of flexible flat structures, especially unfolded or folded sheets or printed products, comprising a stack support composed of revolving driven rolls and contact rails disposed above the stack support for defining a stack support surface. A separation device is arranged below the stack support and revolvingly driven in cycle or rhythm with the arriving rolls in order to continuously downwardly remove an edge of the momentarily lowermost flat structure between the arriving rolls. A conveyor device engages below the stack support for the removal of the printed products which have arrived beneath the stack support. The stack support surface is arranged to be at an inclination or directed obliquely at one of its corners towards the direction of movement of the rolls. The separation device comprises a single pre-separation element and guide means in order to displace the separation element at the region of said corner of the stack support surface from the top towards the bottom to thereafter remove such in the revolving direction out of the region of the stack support surface. The conveyor device possesses an endless, continuously driven conveyor element.

摘要: For the connection of the sheets of a multi-sheet printed product (14), such as magazines, brochures and the like, the sheets are adhesively connected together point-wise by the introduction of an adhesive into perforations formed in them. During this, the adhesive applied to the outer side of the penetration and drilling needles (20) is transferred onto the sheets over the whole length of the perforations simultaneously with the formation of the perforations by means of these needles (20) and/or on retraction of the needles (20).

摘要: An apparatus for feeding sheet-like articles, such as newspapers, periodicals, and inserts therefor, from a vertical stack of the articles. The stack is supported on a fixed rest 3, and a sucker arrangement 24 and a pushing away unit 38 are mounted on a load bearing structure 44 which is supported so as to float with the height of the stack. The sucker arrangement 24 includes a pair of suction heads 25 which are mounted for movement between a lowered extended position and a raised retracted position, and the suction heads have suction openings 25a which are permanently connected to a source of negative pressure. In operation, the suction heads 25 engage the uppermost one of the articles in the stack, which closes the suction openings 25a and causes the suction heads and uppermost article to be lifted. The pushing away unit 38 then engages and laterally moves the article away from the suction heads. The suction openings 25a are thereby opened and the heads are then biased to their extended positions in engagement with the next article in the stack. The sequence is then repeated.

摘要: Printed products arriving in imbricated formation are delivered by band conveyors to a wind-up location. At the wind-up location the printed products are wound into a printed product roll by a belt element guided about a winding core. Before the last printed products of the imbricated formation have been delivered to the wind-up location a foil is introduced between these last printed products and the downstream located band conveyor of the aforementioned band conveyors. This foil is wound-up together with the printed products. A tensioned foil section of the foil which has been infed to the wind-up location is severed by a cutter device. The thus formed printed product package composed of printed products is wound-up into a printed product roll and the foil section which extends about the wound-up printed product roll is stripped from the winding core by an ejector device and deposited upon a support table.

摘要: The stationary drive station comprises a gear chain guided over three sprocket wheels. One sprocket wheel is driven by a drive motor. A tensioning wheel is rotatably journaled at a pivotably mounted lever acted upon by a tension spring. The tensioning wheel acts on the outer side of the gear chain and on the idle run thereof. The driving run of the gear chain extends at its outer side around part of the circumference of a further sprocket wheel. This further sprocket wheel is seated on a shaft carrying a winding core for winding-up printed products and other flat products. The shaft is journaled in a mobile frame which may be removed from the drive station. The driving connection between the gear chain and the further sprocket wheel can be released by upwardly pivoting a holding or holder structure about the axis of the one sprocket wheel driving the gear chain. The two remaining gear chain-sprocket wheels of the aforementioned three sprocket wheels are rotatably journaled at the holding structure. The driving connection between the gear chain and the further sprocket wheel can be rapidly and positively established and again released.
