摘要: A selector drive for automatic manual transmissions has an electric motor, the rotational motion of which can be transmitted to the selector mechanism for the selection of a selector position by way of a mechanical transmission chain. An electric motor (1) of the mechanical transmission chain is an electric motor with defined step width, whereby the required step number for the selection of the selector position in the selector mechanism can be determined through fixed geometrical conditions or distances according to the stipulations of the individual step angle of the electric motor and the distance between the selector positions.

摘要: A shifting device for shifting a transmission with a shifting shaft upon which a plurality of shifting forks are located in an axial, slidable manner for carry out desired shifting procedures. The shifting device includes a selection apparatus for choosing the shifting fork to be activated for carrying out the shifting procedure and a blocking mechanism, which prevents movement of each of the non-chosen shifting forks. The blocking mechanism is located on an additional shaft which extends parallel to the shifting shaft and supports elements of the selection apparatus. A first actuator axially displaces the shifting shaft, when carrying out of the shifting procedure, and another actuator causes the additional shaft to rotate for choosing a desired the shifting fork to carry out the shifting procedure and for preventing movement of non-chosen shifting forks.

摘要: For a 12-speed transmission for utility vehicles in 2×3×2 construction, a shift lever (1) is proposed which is configured as a universal joint with a shift fork (2) and a reversing lever (3). The shift fork is supported pivotally jointly with the transmission while the reversing lever (3) is pivotally mounted on the shift fork. When the shift fork is actuated, the synchronization movement, which occurs upon engagement in a synchronization block, runs in opposite direction, when the reverse lever is shifted in the same direction. This makes it possible to shift through the six speeds of the main gear in one stroke with successive shift movements in opposite direction.

A second constant gear pair (K2) can transmit the rotation of the countershaft (30) to the output shaft (20). The toothed gears (1-1, 1-2; 2-1, 2-2; 3-1, 3-2) of a gear of a first group of gears can be optionally select to be operative between the drive shaft (10) and the countershaft (30), the rotation of the countershaft (30) being transmissible via the first constant air (K1) to the output shaft (20). After switching to the second constant gear pair (K2), a gear of a second group of gears, via the second constant gear pair (K2) can be switched to the output shaft (20) by selecting a toothed gear pair (3-1, 3-2) of a gear of the first group and transmitting the rotation of the countershaft (30) via the second constant gear pair (K2).

摘要: To obtain in a 12-speed transmission for utility vehicles in 2×3×2 construction moving a logical shift diagram by alternating shifting movements back and forth with a continuously increasing or decreasing gear sequence, the two gear steps of the front-mounted section (GV) are manually shifted alternate for each gear step of a pneumatically shifted main section (GR). The rear steps of the main section (GH) are activated pneumatically by activating devices (S1, S2, S3) when changing from one to the next gear step. The transition from the slow to fast step (L, S) of each gear step is automatically carried out pneumatically by the rear-mounted section (GP).
