摘要: A clutch arrangement having a first coupler mounted for rotation with a first input gear, a second coupler mounted for rotation with a second input gear, and an input-gear selector mounted for rotation with an input shaft and positioned between the first and second couplers. The input-gear selector is movable on the input shaft relative to the first and second couplers. Engagement of the input-gear selector with the first coupler drives rotation of the first input gear with rotation of the input shaft, and engagement of the input-gear selector with the second coupler drives rotation of the second input gear with rotation of the input shaft.

摘要: A dual clutch transmission is provided with first and second coaxial input shafts, at least one mainshaft, and an output shaft that are coaxial with one another. The transmission has a countershaft offset from the first input shaft that supports seven countershaft gear elements drivably connected to respective gear elements on the first and second input shafts and the at least one mainshaft thereby forming seven forward gear meshes for the transmission. The seven forward gear meshes provide at least nine forward gear ratios for the transmission. The transmission is powershiftable between consecutive gear ratios of the at least nine gear ratios such that no torque interrupt occurs during sequential shifts.

摘要: The invention relates to a hybrid drive (1.1-1.10) of a motor vehicle, which features an internal combustion engine (VM) with a drive shaft (2), an electric machine (EM) with a rotor (3) operable as a motor and as a generator, an automated manual transmission (4.1-4.6) carried out in a lay-shaft design with one input shaft (GE) and at least one output shaft (GA; GA1, GA2), along with a phase shifter gearbox (5.1, 5.2) formed in a planetary design with two input elements (6, 7) and one output element (8). With this hybrid drive, it is provided the phase shifter gearbox is arranged coaxially around a free end (9, 9′) of the output shaft (GA; GA2), and that the first input element (6) of the phase shifter gearbox is connected in a torque-proof manner to a hollow shaft (10) arranged in a coaxial manner around the output shaft, which, for coupling the internal combustion engine (VM) through a coupling shift element (K), is connectable in a torque-proof manner to an idler gear (11, 12) of the directly axially adjacent spur gear stage (Z2, Z3) of the manual transmission, and, for bypassing the phase shifter gearbox through a bypass shift element (L, L′), is connectable in a torque-proof manner to the second input element (7) or the output element (8) of the phase shifter gearbox, that the second input element (7) of the phase shifter gearbox is permanently in drive connection with the rotor (3) of the electric machine (EM), and that the output element (8) of the phase shifter gearbox is connected in a torque-proof manner to the output shaft.

摘要: A manual transmission of a motor vehicle, is actuated by manually shifting a shift lever in a gearshift console having a selector gate and shifting gates in a multiple-H shifting pattern, with coaxial input and output shafts and a parallel countershaft, and with a number of gearset planes. Transmission gears are implemented by engaging at least two associated gear clutches. The gear clutches are divided into a selection group and a shifting group. The selection group gear clutches can be actuated exclusively by moving the shift lever in the selection gate so as to couple the input and counter-shafts. The shifting group gear clutches can be actuated exclusively by moving the shift lever in the shifting gates so as to couple the output and counter-shafts, and the gear clutch respectively engaged in the shifting gates having the two opposite gears is a selection group gear clutch.

摘要: In a transmission, an input shaft connected to a startup clutch includes a first input shaft and a second input shaft. Drive gears are fixed to a first main shaft and a second main shaft, and driven gears are provided on an output shaft to be free to rotate relative thereto. The driven gears are connected to and disconnected from the output shaft by a gear switching mechanism. A shaft switching mechanism that switches a power transmission path between the first main shaft and the second main shaft is provided on the first main shaft, the second main shaft, and the second input shaft. A damping mechanism is provided between the first input shaft and the second input shaft in order to cut spike torque generated when the power transmission path is switched, to a set torque.

The drive motor is attached to the input shaft, which is attached to the countershaft to provide power of the drive motor to the countershaft; the first clutch is configured for linking or cutting off the power transmission between the countershaft and the first transmission unit; and the second clutch is configured for linking or cutting off the power transmission between the countershaft and the second transmission unit. The first transmission unit has a first transmission ratio greater than a second transmission ratio of the second transmission unit.
