    摘要: A method for treating a reusable printing technology surface, preferably a printing form that can be re-imaged, with at least one liquid, for example cleaning fluid, rinsing liquid, solution of amphiphilic molecules or gumming agent, includes rotating the printing technology surface about a cylinder axis, applying the liquid to the printing technology surface in the form of a jet and at a varying angle and contacting the printing technology surface with a movable cloth. The printing technology surface is rotated at a varying rotational speed. The rotational speed is preferably varied in stages, in particular increased, in order to achieve the best possible treatment results, for example cleaning and (re-) covering with amphiphilic molecules. The method can preferably be implemented in a printing press or a plate exposer. A machine for treating a reusable printing technology surface and a machine for processing printing material, are also provided.

    摘要: The invention relates to a multiplex real-time RT-PCR assay with a heterologous internal control system (i.e., EGFP-RNA) for the simple and fast diagnosis of classical swine fever virus (CSFV). Primers and FAM-labeled TaqMan probes, specific for CSFV were selected by analyzing the consensus sequence of the 5′-non translated region of various CSFV strains. For determining the analytical sensitivity an in vitro transcript (T7-PC3Alf) of the 5′ NTR was constructed and tested. Furthermore, a primer-probe system for the detection of the internal control sequence was established, and a multiplex assay using CSF-System 1 and the IC real-time PCR could be performed as a one-tube assay without loss of sensitivity or specificity.

    摘要: Mixtures which are used for the production of polyurethane foam and which contain amines having primary or secondary aliphatic hydroxyl groups, and also customary quantities of trichlorotrifluoroethane and/or trichlorofluoromethane as a blowing agent, can be stabilized against the premature reaction of the components by adding 0.05 to 5% by weight of 2,4-diphenyl-4-methylpentene in which the ratio of the 2,4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene isomer to the 2,4-diphenyl-4-methyl-2-pentene isomer is 1:1 to 9:1, the percentages relating to the chlorofluoroalkane.
