    摘要: A user equipment UE determines at least one first set SI of physical resource blocks PRBs, and detects downlink signaling within search spaces of set(s) SI. Through that downlink signaling the UE obtains a configuration for a downlink control channel, and that configuration indicates at least one second set S2 of PRBs and at least one search space specific for the UE which lies within S2. The UE utilizes the obtained configuration to monitor at least some of the search spaces of SI and the at least one search space specific for the UE of S2 for further downlink control signaling. Multiple implementations are detailed for how the UE gets SI. This invention is particularly useful for a configurable ePDCCH region in a stand-alone carrier where the UE is not able to get the new configuration from some other carrier such as a PCell whose configuration does not change.

    摘要: The present invention provides a complete virtual multi-vendor EMS based network that behaves identical to the network elements of the EMS clients. A virtual network simulator is built that has the ability to faithfully simulate the behavior of any vendor's EMS to represent the data objects required by the TMF 814 specification. This allows automatic provisioning and maintenance of the Operation Support Systems to fully test new functionality against complete EMS based network without depending upon the availability of any physical equipment, thereby providing much quicker, low cost, extremely life-like testing environment.

    摘要: A transcritical refrigeration system includes a compressor, a gas cooler, an expansion device, and an evaporator. Refrigerant is circulated though the closed circuit system. Preferably, carbon dioxide is used as the refrigerant. A variable speed drive controls the speed of the refrigerant flowing through the compressor. Varying the speed of the refrigerant flowing through the compressor changes the mass flow rate of the refrigerant in the system to optimize the coefficient of performance.

    摘要: A water heater is provided by a refrigerant cycle, in which the gas cooler is utilized to heat the water. A drain is incorporated into a water circuit for draining all of the water outwardly of the circuit when the system is shut down. In a preferred embodiment, a water outlet of the gas cooler is at the vertically lowermost portion of the water circuit. A drain valve is placed in this vertically lowermost location such that the water can be easily drained.
