摘要： A system and method for creating a unified commercial real estate data model through collection, distribution and use of information in connection with commercial real estate and for creating a web-based marketplace that facilitates the efficient and secure buying and selling of commercial properties. The invention provides a digital marketplace in which the members of the commercial real estate and related business community can continuously interact and facilitate transactions by efficiently exchanging accurate and standardized information. The present invention also facilitates mortgage lending and provides enough information to allow lenders to underwrite a property. The present invention also provides a mobile data gathering and dissemination vehicle as well as a system tracking and dispatch of mobile vehicles. 摘要： The invention relates to a coated food paperboard (1), to the manufacturing process and use of the same, and to products obtained thereof. The paperboard (1) comprises one or several fibre material layers (2), such as a three-layer structure consisting of a middle layer (4) of a mixture of sulphate pulp and CTMP and of sulphate pulp layers (5) on both sides of it, and of a polymeric coating (3) getting into contact with food, either on one side or on both sides of the paperboard. According to the invention, the coating (3) consists of an outer layer (6), the melting point of the polymer used in which is at least 230° C., and of an inner layer (7) placed against the fibre material layer (5); in this inner layer, a polymer with a melting point of at least 230° C. is blended with another adhesive polymer, the melting point of which is 130-185° C. Further, the inner layer (7) may be provided with mineral substance, such as calcium carbonate. In accordance with the invention, the paperboard (1) is manufactured by coextrusion of superimposed polymeric layers (6, 7). The paperboard (1) of the invention is suitable for liquid packaging or oven board, and products manufactured of the paperboard comprise especially oven dishes and consumer packages for food, which include the dish and which may be heated as such.

The game assembly includes a base, an upright module and a pair of support assemblies. The inclined playing surface is achieved through combination of a locking hinge and an interlocking set of bars. The locking hinge is achieved through the connection of a set of plastic fasteners on the pair of support assemblies to a set of notches on the base. The locking hinge allows the support assemblies to be able to pivot upwards towards the upright assembly. The interlocking set of bars is achieved through the even spacing of bars along the bottom edge of the base and the edge of the pair of support assemblies. An ergonomic design is achieved for player use of the game device with the base and upright assembly supported at the base, with the two gaming surface assemblies connected to the base such that when the device is on a supporting surface, the game surface assemblies extend angularly upwardly from the supporting surface to the base. The base may also include player interface electronic control panels.

摘要： Hydroxy (tetra- or hexa-)hydronaphthyridine dione compounds of Formula I are inhibitors of HIV integrase and inhibitors of HIV replication: (I) wherein a, R,1?, R,2?, R,3?, R,4? and R,5? are defined herein. The compounds are useful in the prevention and treatment of infection by HIV and in the prevention, delay in the onset, and treatment of AIDS.
