Abstract: The present application relates to a positive electrode plate and an electrochemical device. The positive electrode plate includes a current collector, a positive active material layer and a safety coating disposed between the current collector and the positive active material layer, the safety coating including a polymer matrix and a conductive material, wherein the polymer matrix is fluorinated polyolefin and/or chlorinated polyolefin, and when the safety coating and the positive active material layer are collectively referred to as a positive film layer, the positive film layer includes Na ions and/or K ions at a content of 100 ppm or more, and has an absorption peak at 1646 cm−1 in infrared absorption spectrum. The positive electrode plate may improve safety performance at elevated temperature of the electrochemical device by quickly disconnecting the circuit at high temperature conditions or when an internal short circuit occurs.

Abstract: Disclosed is an adhesive tape for an electrode tab, which includes a base-material layer and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer includes a thick region and a thin region which extend from a side edge of the adhesive tape in a width direction of the adhesive layer, the thick region is distributed along the side edge of the adhesive tape, and an adhesive layer thickness of the thick region is greater than an adhesive layer thickness of the thin region. A ratio of an area of the thin region to an area of the thick region is 1:0.02-0.25, optionally 1:0.025-0.18, and further optionally 1:0.0275-0.125. The adhesive tape covers an edge of the tab to fundamentally prevent contact between the tab and a battery cell body.

Abstract: This application provides a positive-electrode plate, including a current collector, and a first active substance layer and a second active substance layer that are sequentially disposed on a surface of the current collector. The first active substance layer includes a first positive-electrode active material, and the first positive-electrode active material includes at least one of a compound represented by Formula (I) Li1+x1Mna1M1-a1O2-y1Ay1 or a compound represented by Formula (II) Li1+x2Mna2N2-a2O4-y2By2. The second active substance layer includes a second positive-electrode active material having a pH value of from 10˜12. In this application, the active substance layer that includes high-pH positive-electrode active material is disposed outside the active substance layer that includes a lithium manganese-based positive-electrode active material, so as to make a layered electrode plate.

The battery winding method includes: winding; photographing a picture of a current winding layer; acquiring position data of a first point and of a second point according to the picture of the current winding layer, converting the position data of the first point to obtain the converted position data of a converted first point using a preset conversion matrix corresponding to the current winding layer based on the number of the current winding layers and calculating data of displacement between the first and second electrode plates based on the converted position data of the converted first point and the position data of the second point, and determining if the data of displacement is within a threshold value scope, if so, returning to wind a next winding layer, and if not, sending an alarm.

The positive electrode plate comprises a current collector, a positive active material layer and a safety coating disposed between the current collector and the positive active material layer, wherein the safety coating comprises a polymer matrix, a conductive material and an inorganic filler, wherein the polymer matrix comprises at least two types of polymer materials, and the first type of polymer material is fluorinated polyolefin and/or chlorinated polyolefin, and the solubility of the second type of polymer material in oil solvent is smaller than the solubility of the first type of polymer material; and the weight percentage of the first type of polymer material relative to the total weight of the polymer matrix, the conductive material and the inorganic filler is 17.5% or more. The positive electrode plate improves high temperature safety of electrochemical device.
