摘要: A heat spreader assembly that provides electrical, thermal and structural functions to the fuel cell. The heat spreader assembly comprises two bulk composite material layers, and a heat spreader element. The heat spreader element includes a copper layer sandwiched between two stainless steel layers. The stainless steel layers are bonded to the bulk composite layers by a conductive thermal set adhesive. The lamination applied to the stainless steel layers enables heat and electricity to flow from the cathode while maintaining low resistance among other layers of the fuel cell. The copper layer diffuses heat across the layer and functions as cathode current collector for a fuel cell. The bulk composite material layers function as a cold side of an enthalpy exchanger system and a cathode flow field. Further the composite material includes flow channels formed throughout the material to evenly distribute incoming air over the enthalpy exchanger membrane and to the cathode of the MEA.

摘要: An ice fishing trap comprising a main body supporting a rotatable spool for supporting a desired length of fishing line. An indicator, having both a set position and a triggered position, is supported by the main body. A release rod cooperates with the rotatable spool and, when the indicator is in its set position, and also cooperates with the indicator. The release rod has a first position in which the release rod captively retains the indicator in its set position and engages with the spool and the release rod has a second position, axially spaced from the first position, in which the release rod releases the indicator to permit the indicator to move to its triggered position, and rotation of the spool moves the release rod from its first position to its second position to actuate the indicator into its triggered position.

摘要: A system and method are provided for substantially real time disengaging of undesirable conscious brain influence during a complex athletic movement such as for example a golf swing. A plurality of sensing modules detect movements of an associated body part of a user. A controller is linked to each of the sensing modules and configured to identify a predetermined movement combination with respect to each of the plurality of sensing modules, such as in the golfing example a downswing. Upon identifying the predetermined movement combination, a timer is triggered for tolling of a predetermined time period, and upon lapsing of the time period, a sensory output signal is generated to the user in substantially real time. Through repetition, the conscious brain becomes trained to focus on the desired time period for completion of the complex movement and is disengaged from further interference with other aspects of the movement.

摘要: A device and method are provided for training a user to improve their ability to perform complex athletic movements, such as are involved in a golf swing. A plurality of sensing modules are each effective to detect movement of associated body parts of the user and to generate an output signal representative of the detected movement. A controller is linked to each of the sensing modules so as to receive the output signals from the plurality of sensing modules and is further configured to detect movement combinations of the plurality of output signals, compare the detected movement combinations with a predetermined one or more expected movement combinations associated with a complex athletic movement, and generate an output signal such as an audible signal or vibration to the user in substantially real time based on the comparison and a predetermined output mode.

摘要: A hardware and software implemented, standardize testing, scoring and reporting system has a network interface, being either LAN or the Internet. A test is selected from a library, assigned to a group of examinees, and a record is made of the assignment. The test is available on-line, or downloaded, or both. Downloaded tests are saved as PDF files and printed into booklets. Examinees record answers on bubble sheets, which are scanned at the customer site or shipped to a processing plant. Individual scanned answer sheets provided data for individual scanned records. Scanning software performs an initial auto-correct and then performs an initial check for errors in scanned records. Tests are batched for later inspection. Scanned records with errors are classified as invalid and the test papers are separated. Prompts are generated for a human test paper inspection and scanned record editing. Accepted batches of scanned records are sent to a scanned records server where a second scanned records error check is performed. Prompts are sent to the appropriate scanning station for further human editing of invalid scanned records. Once all records are valid they are scored and the test results stored in a database, which is accessed by a reporting subsystem associated with an on-line server.
