    摘要: A polycarbonate blend composition comprising 95-5 wt % of a polycarbonate resin, 5-95% of an ABS resin and 0-01-5 parts per hundred of a heat stabilizer (relative to the combined resin weight). The heat stabilizers are selected from benzothiazoles of formula: ##STR1## wherein R is selected from hydrogen, alkyl, aryl and benzothiazolyl; benzimidazole compounds of formula: ##STR2## wherein R is selected from hydrogen, alkyl, aryl and benzimidazolyl; hydrazine compound of formula: ##STR3## wherein R is alkyl, and cation exchange materials selected from metal salts of silicaluminate zeolites, metal salts of triphosphates and cation exchange resins. These poly blend composition display improved impact resistance.

    摘要: An anti-static resinous composition with permanent anti-static property is provided. The anti-static resinous composition comprises from 5 to 50 percent by weight of hydrophilic copolymer and from 50 to 95 percent by weight of thermoplastic. The hydrophilic copolymer is formed by self-emulsion polymerization. The monomer mixture used in the reaction comprises from 10 to 70 percent by weight of vinyl or propenyl macromonomer containing a polyethylene oxide chain and from 30 to 90 percent by weight of ordinary vinyl monomer. The thermoplastic is compatible with the hydrophilic copolymer. The resultant resinous composition has permanent anti-static properties.

    摘要: A reinforced polyamide composites comprising polyamide resin, 1 to 60 weight percent fiber and/or talc, and 0.1 to 5 phr (part per hundred by resin) interfacial modifier, based on the weight of the polyamide composites; wherein the interfacial modifier are functional organic compounds of structural formula:R.sub.1 (CO.sub.2 H)x;R.sub.1 (CO).sub.2 NH; andR.sub.1 (CO).sub.2 O,whereR.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 may be aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbyl group; the number of carbon atoms in R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 is in the range of 2 to 16, preferably 2 to 12; and x=1 to 4.The interfacial modifier can be mixed with glass and/or talc and polyamide simultaneously and compounded directly; or, premix the interfacial modifier and polyamide, melt the premix, then incorporate glass fiber and/or talc and compound to form the reinforced polyamide composites. The physical properties of the instant composites can be improved significantly.
