摘要: The present disclosure provides compositions, articles thereof, and methods of forming compositions. In at least one aspect, a composition includes (1) an epoxy, (2) an amino or amido hardener, (3) a polyaniline, (4) a dopant selected from a triazolyl, a thiazolyl, a quinolinyl, a salicylate, a benzoate, a glycolate, a phosphate, a sulfonate, an oxalate, or combination(s) thereof; and (5) a pigment selected from titanium dioxide, silica, talc, mica, aluminium stearate, or combination(s) thereof. The polyaniline+dopant comprises greater than 6 wt %, by weight of the composition. In at least one aspect, a method includes introducing an acid form of a polyaniline to a hydroxide to form a polyaniline hydroxide. The method includes introducing a dopant to the polyaniline hydroxide to form a doped polyaniline.

摘要: Tire formulations containing at least one depolymerized wax, a natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, zinc oxide, an anti-ageing agent, sulfur, a napthenic process oil, polybutadiene rubber, carbon black, a paraffin wax, a microcrystalline wax, a Fischer Tropsch wax, stearic acid, and/or a rubber accelerator are disclosed. The wax can be made by catalytic depolymerization and/or thermal degradation of polymeric material. The polymeric material can be polypropylene and/or polyethylene. In some embodiments, the polymeric material can contain at least partially recycled material.

摘要: An NBR composition, that is excellent in rubber material processability and vulcanized rubber hardness, comprising 93 to 105 parts by weight of carbon black with a carbon black grade of N330 or N550, 1.0 to 4.0 parts by weight of a vulcanization retarder, 2.0 to 5.0 parts by weight of thiazole-based and thiuram-based vulcanization accelerators, and 1.0 to 4.0 parts by weight of a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent, based on 100 parts by weight of NBR. The vulcanized molded product obtained from the NBR composition has a rubber hardness (Duro A, instant) of 85 or more according to JIS K6253 corresponding to ISO 18517, and can be effectively used as an automobile buffer material such as a stopper for electric power steering, a buffer material for nailers, a buffer material for devices equipped with hydraulic cylinders, or the like.

摘要: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a rubber composition from which a crosslinked rubber molded product having good softness and excellent resilience performance can be obtained. The present disclosure provides a rubber composition containing (a) a base rubber, (b) a co-crosslinking agent, (c) a crosslinking initiator, and (d) a salt of a benzothiazole derivative, wherein (d) the salt of the benzothiazole derivative includes a compound represented by the formula (1) in which a sulfur atom S2 constituting a thiocarbonyl group has a Mulliken charge of −0.190 or more. 摘要: The present invention relates to an anti-tack formulation of high solids content that uses effective amounts of a fine particle size talc, a water soluble cationic polymer, one or more nonionic surfactants, and one or more alkali metal fatty acid soaps. The high solids content anti-tack formulation is capable of being easily shipped to a customer's location and is stable and easily pumped after shipment to a customer. The high solids content anti-tack formulation can be diluted to a low solids content formulation for use in anti-tack applications, particularly rubber slab dipping applications. The anti-tack formulation provides improved anti-tack performance when coating uncured rubber products.

摘要: Thermally vulcanisable, meltable adhesives and processes have a meltable polybutadiene-polyurethane, ground sulphur and optionally at least one vulcanisation accelerator, at least one filling material, at least one epoxide resin, at least one tackifier resin, bitumen, at least one softener and further auxiliary and additive materials, wherein said adhesives and processes can be thermally vulcanised within a temperature range of 130° C. to 230° C., such that same, as well as an adhesive strip produced from same, can be used for adhesion and/or sealing in the automotive industry, as well as in structural work on oiled sheet metal, and in the painting line on e-coated or otherwise painted sheet metal, for example, for crimp fold adhesion, for crimp fold sealing, for seam sealing, for lining adhesion, for hole closure and much more.
