摘要： An original carrying apparatus includes a separation unit for separating one original from a plurality of stacked originals, a carrying roller for carrying the original separated by the separation unit, a carrying belt for receiving the original carried by the carrying roller, and carrying the originals in a state where the plurality of originals are being held, wherein the carrying belt carries the original such that the original passes through an exposure position at a first speed, and a control unit for performing control to set an interval between the two originals carried by the carrying belt to be a first distance. The control unit performs the control to set the interval between the two originals to be the first distance after setting it to be a second distance shorter than the first distance, by using the carrying roller. Further, the control unit accelerates the carrying belt up to a second speed, decelerates the second speed to the first speed to set the second distance to be the first distance.

Therefore, in a case where a user does not instruct to output the data for a long time and thus it must be kept storing the image data in the memory means, it can be prevented a conventional problem that another processes can not be performed for lack of a remaining free capacity in the memory means.

摘要： An image formation apparatus provides a method of improving productivity in case of forming images onto both of the faces of a sheet. According to the method, an original is read by the apparatus in the order of its back face and front face sequentially. The read images are formed onto the sheet in the order of front-faced image and back-faced image of the original. Images of three originals D1, D2 and D3 which are read by an image sensor in the order of second, first, fourth, third, sixth and fifth pages are subjected to editing processing by an image processing unit. If the image data of the first page is stored into a hard disk, the image data of the first page (front-faced image of original D1) is formed onto the first face of a fed sheet P1. Subsequently, if the image data of the third page is stored, the image data of the third page (front-faced image of original D2) is formed onto the first face of a fed sheet P2. Similarly, after the front-faced image of the original D3 is formed, the back-faced image of the original D1 is formed onto the second face of the sheet P1.

摘要： A high voltage MOSFET device (100) has an nwell region (113) with a p-top layer (108) of opposite conductivity formed to enhance device characteristics. The p-top layer is implanted through a thin gate oxide, and is being diffused into the silicon later in the process using the source/drain anneal process. There is no field oxide grown on the top of the extended drain region, except two islands of field oxide close to the source and drain diffusion regions. This eliminates any possibility of p-top to be consumed by the field oxide, and allows to have a shallow p-top with very controlled and predictable p-top for achieving low on-resistance with maintaining desired breakdown voltage.
