    摘要: In some embodiments, a chip includes first and second scan chain segments each including registers and multiplexers to provide to the registers scan input signals during scan input periods and captured output signals during a capture periods. The chip also includes circuitry to provide first and second test clock signals to the registers of the first and second scan chain segments, respectively, wherein the second test clock signal is provided by a different signal path in the circuitry during the scan input periods than during the capture periods, and during the scan input periods the second test clock signal is skewed with respect to the first test clock signal.     摘要: This disclosure relates to an anti-reflective coating composition that is divided into at least two layers through phase separation after monolayer coating, more particularly an anti-reflective coating composition comprising hollow particles coated with a fluorine-based compound having refractive index of 1.3˜1.4 and surface tension of 10˜25 mN/m on the surface, an anti-reflection film manufactured therefrom, and a method of manufacturing the same.In the anti-reflective coating composition of the present invention, at least two layers may be spontaneously formed only by single coating due to smooth phase separation in the coating layer. Particularly, since an interface of each layer formed by phase separation is substantially chemically bonded or crosslinked, delamination of each layer may be minimized. And, a film with excellent scratch resistance and anti-reflection may be manufactured by a more simplified method using the anti-reflective coating composition of the present invention.

    摘要: The present invention provides a composition for forming a liquid crystal alignment film, which comprises a photoreactive polymer including a multicyclic compound having a photoreactive group on a main chain thereof. The present invention also provides a liquid crystal alignment film produced using the composition, and a liquid crystal display including the liquid crystal alignment film. The photoreactive polymer including the multicyclic compound on the main chain thereof has a high glass transition temperature, thus thermal stability is excellent. Since lattice vacancy is relatively large, the photoreactive group is capable of moving relatively freely in the main chain of the polymer, thus it is possible to improve a slow photoreaction rate, which is considered a disadvantage of a conventional polymer material.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a norbornene polymer that comprises a norbornene monomer having a photoreactive functional group, and a method of manufacturing the same. The norbornene polymer comprises at least 50 mol % of exo isomers among the norbornene monomers having the photoreactive functional group. Since the norbornene polymer according to the present invention comprises at least 50 mol % of exo isomers among the norbornene monomers having the photoreactive functional group, a molecular weight is significantly increased while the yield is not reduced during the manufacturing of the polymer. In views of the three dimensional structure, stability is ensured because the polymer has a planar structure in which the photoreactive groups between the molecules are close to each other. Therefore, the distance between the photoreactive groups is reduced, thus increasing the photoreaction rate.
