Disclosed is a method for producing a mesoporous titanium dioxide thin film from a titanium precursor by using a polymer-grafted alumina composite as a support. The porous titanium dioxide thin film is obtained by using the polymer-grafted hybrid alumina composite as a support for sol-gel reaction, and thus it has a mesoporous structure and high surface area, thereby providing a high dye adsorption ratio. Therefore, a dye-sensitized solar cell using the mesoporous titanium dioxide thin film as a photoelectrode material has high energy conversion efficiency. In addition, it is possible to improve the long-term stability of a dye-sensitized solar cell through efficient infiltration of high-viscosity polymer and solid electrolyte as well as liquid electrolyte.

Provided are a TFT-LCD source driver employing a frame cancellation and half decoding method, and a source line driving method. The TFT-LCD source driver outputs source line driving voltages for every two channels among a plurality of channels. Positive first and second gray scale voltages generated by a positive half decoder and negative first and second gray scale voltages generated by a negative half decoder are selectively transmitted to first and second output buffers through a chopping multiplexer in response to a chopping control signal. Output signals of the first and second output buffers are output to first and second channels through a polarity multiplexer in response to a polarity control signal.

The PDP includes a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other; a plurality of barrier ribs that define a space into a plurality of discharge cells between the first and second substrates; a plurality of sustain electrode pairs that extend in a direction between the first and second substrates, and consist of transparent electrodes having light transmittance and bus electrodes formed of a metal, wherein the bus electrodes are made of a dark component that absorbs light and a bright component that reflects light; a plurality of address electrodes crossing the sustain electrode pairs; a first dielectric layer covering the sustain electrode pairs; a second dielectric layer covering the address electrodes; phosphor layers formed in the discharge cells; and first reflectors disposed on surfaces of the bus electrodes facing the centre of the discharge cells to prevent light generated in the discharge cells from being absorbed by the bus electrodes and to reflect the light.

The present invention is related to a method of manufacture of a graft copolymer latex and its dried powder including a step of manufacture of a latex using a reactive surfactant for a surfactant in manufacturing of the graft copolymer latex containing acrylic polymers and a step of manufacture of dried powder in which the graft copolymer latex manufactured in the above step of manufacture of a latex is sprayed and dried. The method according to the present invention is effective in that it is possible to provide for dried powder of a graft copolymer latex having a low moisture content and a high powder density and to provide for a thermoplastic resin composition containing the above latex having superior luster, tensile strength, and thermal stability.
