    摘要: The invention relates to a method for coating a metallic strip. The strip or optionally, the strip sections produced from said strip in the subsequent process, is/are first coated with at least one anticorrosion layer—according to an alternative form of embodiment, this can be left out—and then with at least one layer of a paint-like coating containing polymers. After being coated with at least one anticorrosion layer or after being coated with at least one layer of a paint-like coating, the strip is divided into strip sections. The coated strip sections are then formed, joined and/or coated with at least one (other) paint-like coating and/or paint coating. The paint-like coating is formed by coating the surface with an aqueous dispersion containing the following in addition to water: a) at least one organic film former containing at least one water-soluble or water-dispersed polymer with an acid value of 5 to 200; b) at least one inorganic compound in particle form with an average particle diameter measured on a scanning electron microscope of 0.005 to 0.3 μm; and c) at least one lubricant and/or at least one corrosion inhibitor. The metallic surface that is optionally coated with at least one anticorrosion layer is brought into contact with the aqueous composition and a film containing particles is formed on the metallic surface, this film then being dried and optionally also hardened, the dried and optionally, also hardened film having a layer thickness of 0.01 to 10 μm. The invention also relates to a corresponding aqueous composition.

    摘要: A method is disclosed for applying phosphate coatings to surfaces of zinc, iron, aluminum, and the alloys thereof by wetting with a phosphatizing solution containing divalent cations and phosphate to form a liquid film, and subsequently drying on the liquid film wherein the metal surfaces are wetted with a phosphatizing solution, which is free from elements of sub-groups 5 and 6 of the Periodic Table, said phosphatizing solution containing:0.5 to 8 g/l nickel;2 to 20 g/l manganese;18 to 170 g/l of phosphate (calculated as P.sub.2 O.sub.5);and has an acid number of 0.4 to 0.8, such that after drying on, a phosphate layer having a weight per unit area of 0.3 to 3.0 g/m.sup.2, is obtained, where in the case of phosphatizing surfaces of iron, aluminum or the alloys thereof, the phosphatizing solution necessarily contains 0.5 to 5 g/l of zinc, and in the case of phosphatizing surfaces of zinc or zinc alloys the phosphatizing solution either contains zinc or is free from zinc.

    摘要: The invention relates to a coating mixture for applying a polymeric, corrosion-preventing protective layer to a metallic base for protecting an edge area, a soldered point, a weld seam and/or a repair point or for sealing the seam of one or more optionally interjoined strips, metal sheets and/or shaped parts. According to the invention, the coating mixture is largely or entirely free of water and/or of organic solvents, whereby it contains at least one radically polymerizable binding agent and at least one compound that forms free radicals when subjected to the action of actinic radiation. This radically polymerizable compound is largely or completely cured with the formed free radicals when subjected to actinic irradiation. The invention also relates to a coating mixture of the aforementioned type that additionally contains at least one post-crosslinking compound, whereby the radically polymerizable compound, when subjected to actinic irradiation, does not completely cure with the formed free radicals at temperatures ranging from 10 to 200° C. but additionally has reactive bonds that lead to an extensive or complete curing when brought into contact with the post-crosslinking compound(s). The invention additionally relates to a method for producing a polymeric corrosion-preventing protective coating using this coating mixture. Finally, the invention relates to a protective coating produced in the aforementioned manner or to a metallic base correspondingly coated and to the uses thereof.
