    摘要: Disclosed is a method for coating surfaces of metallic substrates with an organic, anionically, cationically, or/and radically hardenable anti-corrosive composition that represents a dispersion or solution containing at least two components selected among the group of monomers, oligomers, and polymers which can at least partly be anionically, cationically, or/and radically hardened, the content of at least one monofunctional monomer or/and oligomer in said anti-corrosive composition ranging between 1 and 50 percent by weight. The inventive anti-corrosive composition further comprises at least one photoinitiator used for anionic, cationic, or/and radical crosslinking, and a first, organic corrosion inhibitor. The anti-corrosive composition is applied to the metallic surfaces at a wet film thickness ranging from 1 to 25 micrometers, is optionally dried, and is then anionically, cationically, or/and radically hardened in order to obtain an anti-corrosive coating.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for coating a metal surface with an aqueous composition, characterized in that the composition contains, in addition to water: a) at least one organic film former that contains at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible polymer with an acid number ranging from 5 to 200, b) at least one particulate inorganic compound with an average particle diameter measured by a scanning electron microscope in the range of from 0.005 to 0.3μ, c) at least one slip additive and/or at least one corrosion inhibitor, d) optionally at least one organic solvent, e) optionally at least one silane and/or siloxane, f) optionally at least one cross-linking agent, and g) optionally at least one chromium (VI) compound. The clean metal surface is contacted with the aqueous composition and a particle-containing film is formed on the metal surface which is then dried. The dried and optionally also cured film has a layer thickness ranging from 0.01 to 10 μm. The invention further relates to a corresponding aqueous composition.

    摘要: The invention relates to a coating mixture for applying a polymeric, corrosion-preventing protective layer to a metallic base for protecting an edge area, a soldered point, a weld seam and/or a repair point or for sealing the seam of one or more optionally interjoined strips, metal sheets and/or shaped parts. According to the invention, the coating mixture is largely or entirely free of water and/or of organic solvents, whereby it contains at least one radically polymerizable binding agent and at least one compound that forms free radicals when subjected to the action of actinic radiation. This radically polymerizable compound is largely or completely cured with the formed free radicals when subjected to actinic irradiation. The invention also relates to a coating mixture of the aforementioned type that additionally contains at least one post-crosslinking compound, whereby the radically polymerizable compound, when subjected to actinic irradiation, does not completely cure with the formed free radicals at temperatures ranging from 10 to 200° C. but additionally has reactive bonds that lead to an extensive or complete curing when brought into contact with the post-crosslinking compound(s). The invention additionally relates to a method for producing a polymeric corrosion-preventing protective coating using this coating mixture. Finally, the invention relates to a protective coating produced in the aforementioned manner or to a metallic base correspondingly coated and to the uses thereof.
