    摘要: A compressor and an oil separating device therefor are provided which are capable of always maintaining a predetermined amount of oil in the compressor without additionally providing an oil separating device along a refrigerating cycle system. This results in the refrigerating cycle system having simplified piping and the refrigerant discharged from the compressor having a constant pressure, thereby preventing a function of the refrigerating cycle system from being reduced. The compressor includes a casing, a compression device having a compression chamber disposed within the casing and configured to receive, compress, and output a refrigerant, and an oil separating device disposed within the casing. The oil separating device includes a separation chamber configured to circulate the refrigerant to separate oil therefrom, a guide member configured to direct the refrigerant discharged from the compression device, and a circulation member configured to receive the refrigerant from the guide member and direct the refrigerant into the separation chamber in a direction of circulation.

    摘要: A compressor and oil blocking device therefor are provided which are capable of preventing oil from spreading onto, for example, a balance weight, which are capable of preventing oil from being excessively sucked into a compression device by a separating device disposed between a driving motor and the compression device, and which are capable of constantly maintaining a predetermined amount of oil in compression chambers regardless of a rotational speed of the driving motor by directly supplying oil to a bearing surface and the compression chambers and by easily discharging gas from an oil drain passage. A trochoid gear pump may be used to smoothly supply oil to the compression device. Further, a synchronous reluctance motor may be used to enhance a performance of the compressor and to expand a driving region of the compressor.

When a compressor is operated at a high speed or low speed, a predetermined amount of oil is supplied to compression pockets formed between a wrap of an orbiting scroll and a wrap of a fixed scroll. Pressure leakage between the wraps may be prevented, thereby enhancing a performance of the compressor. Further, since friction between the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll may be prevented, abrasion of the components may be minimized.

    摘要: An eccentric coupling device in a radial compliance scroll compressor including: a crank pin eccentrically arranged provided at an upper end of a crankshaft included in the scroll compressor, and provided with a vertically-extending cut surface at one side thereof; an eccentric bush provided with a crank pin hole adapted to receive the crank pin, and a stopper hole provided at the eccentric bush at one side of the crank pin hole such that the stopper hole overlaps with the crank pin hole; a stopper fitted in the stopper hole such that the stopper is radially protruded into the crank pin hole toward the cut surface to selectively come into contact with the cut surface in accordance with a rotation of the bush; and a spring wire adapted to elastically support the eccentric bush, while connecting the stopper and the crank pin, thereby preventing an elevation of the eccentric bush. The spring wire also serves to suppress a backward rotation of the eccentric bush, while elastically recovering the eccentric bush when the backward rotation of the eccentric bush has occurred.

    摘要: An eccentric coupling device in a radial compliance scroll compressor includes a crank pin that is eccentrically arranged at an upper end of a crankshaft and provided with a vertically-extending flat surface at one side thereof. A bush is provided with a crank pin hole, overlapped by a stopper hole, for receiving the crank pin. A stopper is fitted in the stopper hole such that the stopper radially protrudes into the crank pin hole toward the flat surface to selectively come into contact with the flat surface in accordance with a rotation of the bush. An elevating preventing device is adapted to elastically support the bush, while connecting the stopper and the crank pin via a spring wire, preventing an elevation of the bush.

In the scroll compressor, an angle formed between an injection passage that guides refrigerant from a condenser back into an intermediate compression chamber and a back pressure passage that guides refrigerant from the intermediate compression chamber into a back pressure chamber may be designed so as to prevent leakage of refrigerant from the intermediate compression chamber into the back pressure chamber. This allows an appropriate pressure to be maintained the back pressure chamber, and increases an amount of refrigerant supplied into the compression chambers, thereby improving performance of the scroll compressor and a refrigerating apparatus in which such a scroll compressor is installed.

    摘要: A discharge valve system of a scroll compressor comprises: a fixed scroll having a discharge hole and discharge bypass holes; a discharge valve assembly mounted at the fixed scroll, for opening and closing the discharge hole by a pressure difference; and an integral bypass valve assembly mounted at the fixed scroll, for opening and closing the bypass holes and interworking the discharge valve assembly. According to this, a discharge amount of gas is maximized in a low pressure ration driving of the scroll compressor thereby to enhance a discharge efficiency. Also, the number of components is greatly reduced thus to reduce a fabrication cost. Also, the number of assembly processes is greatly reduced thereby to enhance an assembly productivity.
