摘要: A scroll-type compressor includes a compression unit, a main frame supporting the compression unit, and a driving shaft having an oil supply path. The oil supply path is located eccentrically with the driving shaft and an upper part of the driving shaft is supported by the main frame. The compressor also has a motor for rotating the driving shaft, an oil cap located on an upper side of a rotor of the motor, and a balance member to compensate the driving shaft.

摘要: A scroll compressor, which allows refrigerant in a compressor chamber to be partially discharged so that frictions generated in frictional surfaces between an orbiting scroll and an Oldham ring and between the Oldham ring and a main frame may be decreased. Also, an upper chamber may be formed on an upper surface thereof and a lower chamber may be formed on a lower surface thereof. An oil supply structure may be provided in a main frame such that lubrication is smoothly performed. Additionally, at least one key may be provided protruding from the lower surface of the Oldham ring. Further, the main frame may include at least one key groove configured to receive the at least one key of the Oldham ring. Additionally, the oil supply groove may be provided separately from and in communication with the at least one key groove.

摘要: A compressor and an oil separating device therefor are provided which are capable of always maintaining a predetermined amount of oil in the compressor without additionally providing an oil separating device along a refrigerating cycle system. This results in the refrigerating cycle system having simplified piping and the refrigerant discharged from the compressor having a constant pressure, thereby preventing a function of the refrigerating cycle system from being reduced. The compressor includes a casing, a compression device having a compression chamber disposed within the casing and configured to receive, compress, and output a refrigerant, and an oil separating device disposed within the casing. The oil separating device includes a separation chamber configured to circulate the refrigerant to separate oil therefrom, a guide member configured to direct the refrigerant discharged from the compression device, and a circulation member configured to receive the refrigerant from the guide member and direct the refrigerant into the separation chamber in a direction of circulation.

摘要: An oil discharge preventing apparatus of a scroll compressor comprises: a balance weight coupled to a rotor of a driving motor so as to offset an unbalance generated when an orbiting scroll performs an orbiting motion by receiving a rotation force of the driving motor; and a lower fixed oil guide fixedly coupled between the balance weight and the rotor, for preventing oil from being spread in a casing and guiding the oil downwardly to a bottom of the casing, whereby an oil leakage to the outside of the casing can be minimized, the number of construction components can be reduced, and assembling processes can be simplified.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an oil supply structure of a scroll compressor capable of preventing a sludge clog phenomenon in a fine hole of an oil supply screw. The oil supply structure comprises a backpressure space defined between an orbiting scroll and a main frame of the compressor, a screw bore perforated through the main frame between the backpressure space and a space defined between a fixed scroll and the main frame, and the oil supply screw fastened in the screw bore and having a stepped screw body including upper and lower portions of different diameters. The upper and lower portions of the screw body are vertically perforated, through the center thereof, with a center hole and a fine hole, respectively, to form an orifice. An entrance end of the lower portion of the screw body is exposed to the backpressure space, thereby preventing the fine hole of the oil supply screw from being clogged with sludge.

摘要: An oil discharge reducing device for a scroll compressor comprises: a refrigerant guiding mechanism for guiding a refrigerant gas of high pressure discharged through a discharge opening of the fixed scroll to a rotor of the driving motor; and an oil separating mechanism penetrated through the rotor and for separating oil contained in the refrigerant gas by a centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the rotor while the refrigerant gas guided by the refrigerant guiding mechanism cools the driving motor as it flows though the driving motor. According to this, an amount of oil leaked to outside of the compressor is minimized, and the driving motor constituting the compressor can be effectively cooled.
