    摘要: Wireless communication in a wireless system using a multiple user transmission opportunity is provided. Data blocks at a wireless station are transmitted to multiple wireless receivers over a shared wireless communication medium. The data blocks are organized in order of transmission priority based on access categories. Contention for access to the communication medium during a transmission opportunity period is based on a backoff timer of each access category and the transmission priority. Upon successful contention for a transmission opportunity period, during the transmission opportunity period, a data block of a primary access category is wirelessly transmitted from the wireless station to one or more primary destination wireless receivers. Simultaneously, a data block of a secondary access category is wirelessly transmitted from the wireless station to one or more secondary destination wireless receivers.

    摘要: Wireless medium reservation for simultaneous transmission of multiple downlink spatial streams to multiple receiver wireless stations during a multi-user transmit opportunity over a wireless medium, is provided. Such a reservation includes reserving a transmission period for simultaneously transmitting data from a transmitting station to multiple intended receiving stations on multiple downlink spatial streams over a wireless communication medium. Reserving the transmission period includes transmitting a multi-user request-to-send (MU-RTS) frame to the multiple receiving stations, the RTS frame including a receiver address (RA) field comprising compressed addresses for the multiple receiving stations. The MU-RTS frame includes an indication field that indicates the RTS frame as an MU-RTS without altering the RTS frame type/subtype.

    摘要: A method and system of radio frequency (RF) power transmission among multiple wireless stations is provided. Control signals for switching a receiving station between a power reception mode and a data reception mode are generated. The control signals provide switching information about which of the modes to switch to, and timing of the switching. In the data reception mode, the receiving station processes an RF transmission from a sending station as a data communication. In the power reception mode the receiving station processes the RF transmission as energy radiation for powering the receiving station. One type of control signal for power mode switching is generated at the MAC layer of a receiving station and sent to the PHY layer of that station for power mode switching. Another type is RTS/CTS control signal exchanged between the sending and receiving stations.

    摘要: A method and system of radio frequency (RF) power transmission among multiple wireless stations is provided. Control signals for switching a receiving station between a power reception mode and a data reception mode are generated.     摘要: A method, a mobility management unit and a gateway unit for restricting access and communication of a machine type communication (MTC) device are provided by the present invention. The method includes: a mobility management unit judging whether an access request or a service request of the MTC device is currently in a permission period according to the permission period of the MTC device; when the access request or the service request is not in the permission period, rejecting the access request or service request of the MTC device and notifying the MTC device of the rejection cause and/or the permission period at a meantime. The present invention can ensure that the MTC device only communicates in the permission period, and the MTC device is restricted to access the network or communicate in the non-permission period according to the requirement of the operator.
