Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion. Compared with the technology related to the background, the battery product is equivalent to directly integrating the receptacle of the heating connector on the mounting panel, which not only eliminates the manner of fixing by the bolt, but also improves the integration of the battery product, thereby improving the space utilization and energy density.

Each of the elastic sheets has: a body portion; an elastic contact portion. The connection sheet has: a first connecting portion; a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion of the connection sheet is fixed between the body portions, the second connecting portion is positioned outside the two elastic sheets in the length direction. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the elastic contact portions directly clamp the conductive connection structure, therefore it is not necessary to make the conductive connection structure to be connected the mating terminal by the adapter sheet, thereby reducing the connection resistance. Based on the elasticity of the elastic sheet itself, the conductive connection portion is fixed between the two elastic sheets, thereby improving the connection reliability.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the multifunctional high-voltage connector comprises: an upper cover; a pedestal; a conductive connection structure; two mating terminals; and a harness assembly. The conductive connection structure is used to make the two mating terminals be connected in series, and the harness assembly is directly connected to one of the mating terminals. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the conductive connection structure is simultaneously in contact with the two mating terminals, thereby turning on the high-voltage circuit. When the battery product requires maintenance, the upper cover is directly detached from the base, thereby turning off the high-voltage circuit. The battery product can be electrically connected to an external device via the harness assembly. The multifunctional high-voltage connector integrates both a switch function and a high-voltage connection function, therefore the connection resistance is greatly reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a conductive connection structure, a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the conductive connection structure comprises: a main body portion; and two conductive connection portions. The main body portion comprises: a tube body having openings; and a conductive fusing body. The conductive connection portion has: a first contact segment connected to the conductive fusing body and sealing a corresponding opening; a second contact segment; and a transitional connection segment. It is not necessary to additionally provide the package plate, thereby making the structure of the conductive connection structure simple and the volume of the conductive connection structure small, reducing the assembling steps, and improving the space utilization of the multifunctional high-voltage connector. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the second contact segment is directly inserted into the corresponding mating terminal, thereby further reducing the connection resistance in the high-voltage circuit.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, which comprises: a plurality of batteries, each battery includes a cap assembly, the cap assembly includes a cap plate; and a FPC positioned above the cap plates of the plurality of batteries. The cap plate of at least one battery is provided with a fixing column, the FPC is provided with a positioning hole at a position corresponding to the fixing column. The fixing column has: a rod portion received in the positioning hole, one end of the rod portion is fixed to the cap plate; and a cover portion connected with the other end of the rod portion, covering the positioning hole and fixed to the FPC. The method for fixing the FPC of the battery module is stable and effective, improves the fixation reliability of the FPC, facilitates the automatic production and reduces the cost of the battery module.
