Abstract: The present application relates to a battery pack case and a battery pack, the battery pack case includes: a case body including an accommodating chamber and a side wall provided with a maintenance port communicating with the accommodating chamber; a cover plate assembly, detachably connected to an outer surface of the side wall, being capable of opening or closing the maintenance port and including a cover plate and an outer gasket stacked with each other. The cover plate includes a first concave portion recessed in a thickness direction of the cover plate and a first limiting portion surrounding an outer periphery of the first concave portion, and abuts against the outer surface by the first limiting portion to form a first receiving chamber, the outer gasket is disposed in the first receiving chamber and is closely contact with the first concave portion and the outer surface.

Abstract: The application relates to a battery pack case and a battery pack. The battery pack case includes: a bottom plate and a side plate connected with the bottom plate, the bottom plate and the side plate surround to form an accommodating portion configured to accommodate a unit cell; the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of first grooves and a plurality of second grooves opening toward the accommodating portion, the plurality of first grooves are spaced apart from each other, the plurality of second grooves are spaced apart from each other, and the first grooves and the second grooves are arranged to cross each other. The bottom plate of the battery pack itself has good rigidity, is not prone to warp deformation, and can prevent the overflow of structural glue from contaminating the wiring harness or electrical components.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the multifunctional high-voltage connector comprises: an upper cover; a pedestal; a conductive connection structure; two mating terminals; and a harness assembly. The conductive connection structure is used to make the two mating terminals be connected in series, and the harness assembly is directly connected to one of the mating terminals. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the conductive connection structure is simultaneously in contact with the two mating terminals, thereby turning on the high-voltage circuit. When the battery product requires maintenance, the upper cover is directly detached from the base, thereby turning off the high-voltage circuit. The battery product can be electrically connected to an external device via the harness assembly. The multifunctional high-voltage connector integrates both a switch function and a high-voltage connection function, therefore the connection resistance is greatly reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion. Compared with the technology related to the background, the battery product is equivalent to directly integrating the receptacle of the heating connector on the mounting panel, which not only eliminates the manner of fixing by the bolt, but also improves the integration of the battery product, thereby improving the space utilization and energy density.
