摘要： The battery management system comprises: a battery management unit, configured to receive status information of a battery module and status information of a battery pack, and transmit a control instruction to cell measurement circuits; the cell measurement circuits, configured to collect the status information of the battery module, transmit the status information of the battery module to the battery management unit, receive and execute the control instruction transmitted from the battery management unit; sensing units, configured to collect the status information of the battery pack, and transmit the status information of the battery pack to the battery management unit; wherein a wireless communication unit is disposed in the battery management unit, and a wireless communication unit is disposed in at least a portion of the cell measurement circuits and/or at least a portion of the sensing units.

摘要： The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for data transmission, comprising: authenticating, by a target node in a battery management system, a source node in response to a request for data transmission from the source node; selecting, by the target node, any two prime numbers from a pre-stored set of prime numbers if the authentication is passed, generating a public key and a private key according to the two prime numbers, and transmitting the public key to the source node; performing, by the source node, a first encryption byte-by-byte for source data to be transmitted using the public key, performing a second encryption for the first encrypted data using a first encryption algorithm stored by the source node itself, and transmitting the second encrypted data to the target node.

摘要： A battery pack system includes a battery pack, a battery management module, a discharge circuit module, a charge circuit module and an energy storage module. The battery pack is connected to the discharge circuit module in series and the battery pack is connected to the charge circuit module in series. The battery management module is configured to monitor a temperature of the battery pack, and if the temperature is lower than a first temperature threshold, send a switch-on instruction to the discharge circuit module and the charge circuit module alternately at a regulation frequency. The discharge circuit module is configured to switch on according to the switch-on instruction to enable electricity of the battery pack to flow into the energy storage module. The charge circuit module is configured to switch on according to the switch-on instruction to enable electricity of the energy storage module to flow into the battery pack.

The heating control method includes: acquiring an average current value in a heating circuit of a power battery pack; calculating a current output value required for nth cycle according to an average current value of the nth cycle, an average current value of (n−1)th cycle, an average current value of (n−2)th cycle, a preset current value, n is equal to or greater than 3; outputting a PWM signal to a switch device of the heating circuit according to a pre-calibrated PWM control parameter corresponding to the current output value so that a difference between an actual current value in the heating circuit and the preset current value is less than a preset threshold.

The method includes: determining, from a plurality of slave nodes, a fault slave node that communicates abnormally with a master node in the battery management system; selecting a target slave node from the plurality of slave nodes, wherein the target slave node is a slave node that communicates normally with both the master node and the fault slave node; transmitting frequency conversion information to the target slave node, so that the target slave node forwards the frequency conversion information to the fault slave node, and the fault slave node performs a frequency conversion based on the frequency conversion information; and transmitting information with the fault slave node using a frequency after the frequency conversion. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the reliability of wireless communication in the battery management system can be improved.
