Abstract: A battery module is provided including a battery unit that includes a battery top cover; a temperature measurement unit, including a temperature collection element to collect temperature of the battery top cover; a harness plate, arranged on the battery top cover and including a harness plate body and a limiting structure arranged on the harness plate body, wherein the limiting structure is matched with the temperature measurement unit; a circuit board, arranged on the harness plate and including a circuit board body and an extending strip arranged on the circuit board body, wherein the temperature collection element is connected with the extending strip; and an electrical connecting sheet arranged on the harness plate to connect different battery units, wherein the temperature measurement unit is arranged between the electrical connecting sheet and the battery top cover, and the electrical connecting sheet exerts pressure onto the temperature measurement unit.

Abstract: The present application discloses a heating module, a heating method for a battery module, and a heating system. The heating module includes: an energy storage unit, a first switch unit, a second switch unit and a control unit. The energy storage unit, a first battery unit in a battery module and the first switch unit may form a first heating loop; the energy storage unit, a second battery unit in the battery module, and the second switch unit may form a second heating loop. The control unit may control the first switch unit or the second switch unit, so as to sequentially switch on, between the first heating loop and the second heating loop, a heating loop where a battery unit with a higher state of charge is located and a heating loop where a battery unit with a lower state of charge is located.

Abstract: This application provides a battery module, including a plurality of batteries, a first enclosing plate, and a second enclosing plate. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery heating system and a control method thereof. The battery heating system includes a main positive switch, a main negative switch, an inverter, a motor, and a battery management unit. The inverter includes a first phase bridge arm, a second phase bridge arm and a third phase bridge arm connected in parallel. A motor controller in the inverter is configured to output a drive signal to a target upper-bridge-arm switch unit and a target lower-bridge-arm switch unit, so as to control the target upper-bridge-arm switch unit and the target lower-bridge-arm switch unit to be periodically turned on and off. The battery management unit is configured to collect state parameters of the battery pack. When the state parameters of the battery pack meet preset heating conditions, a control signal is sent to the motor controller to control the motor controller to output the drive signal.

The heating control method includes: acquiring an average current value in a heating circuit of a power battery pack; calculating a current output value required for nth cycle according to an average current value of the nth cycle, an average current value of (n−1)th cycle, an average current value of (n−2)th cycle, a preset current value, n is equal to or greater than 3; outputting a PWM signal to a switch device of the heating circuit according to a pre-calibrated PWM control parameter corresponding to the current output value so that a difference between an actual current value in the heating circuit and the preset current value is less than a preset threshold.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, a manufacturing method of the battery module and a vehicle, the battery module comprises batteries and a thermistor. Each battery comprises a cap plate, a positive electrode terminal, a negative electrode terminal and a vent, the vent is positioned between the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal. The cap plate comprises a first boundary away from the positive electrode terminal, and the vent comprises a third boundary close to the positive electrode terminal. The thermistor is positioned between the first boundary and the third boundary. Because the positive electrode terminal and the location around the positive electrode terminal are high in temperature, therefore when the thermistor collects the temperature of the battery, it greatly reduces the deviation between the collected temperature obtained by the thermistor and the actual temperature of the battery, thereby improving the accuracy of temperature sampling.

The main controller is to determine, based on a state parameter of the battery pack, that the battery pack needs to be heated, and to send a battery heating request to a vehicle controller, so as to enable the vehicle controller to send a battery heating instruction to the main controller according to the battery heating request in a case where a vehicle is in a static state and the motor is not operating; and to control, based on the battery heating instruction, the first switch, the second switch and the switch component so as to heat the battery pack.
