摘要: The present invention relates to a polyisocyanate composition comprising a formation component having isocyanate groups, the isocyanate groups having been reacted to an extent of ≥98% with at least one CH-acidic compound, characterized in that the formation component consists to an extent of ≥51% by weight of at least one polyisocyanate based on pentamethylene 1,5-diisocyanate having a content of isocyanurate trimer of ≤60 area %, based on the total weight of the polyisocyanates based on pentamethylene 1,5-diisocyanate, and the remaining proportion up to 100% by weight of the total amount of polyisocyanates present in the formation component consists of at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate. The present invention further provides a one-component system comprising the polyisocyanate composition, a process for producing a coating on a substrate, and the coatings obtainable from the one-component system.

摘要: The present invention provides a composition comprising a polyuretdione resin; and a blocked amine; and optionally, an additive package (e.g. flow control, wetting agent) and a solvent. The present invention further provides a method of forming a biuret comprising the steps of: unblocking a blocked amine in the presence of moisture; and crosslinking the unblocked amine with a polyuretdione resin. The compositions of the present invention are particularly applicable in or as coatings, adhesives, castings, composites, and sealants with good performance and extended pot-life.

摘要: The present invention relates to a composition comprising 10 to 50 wt.-% of at least one polyisocyanate a-1) based on hexamethylene diisocyanate, comprising at least one oligomeric polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate and optionally monomeric hexamethylene diisocyanate and 50 to 90 wt.-% of at least one polyisocyanate a-2) based on isophorone diisocyanate, comprising at least one oligomeric polyisocyanate based on isophorone diisocyanate and optionally monomeric isophorone diisocyanate, with the proviso that at least one of the components a-1) and a-2) additionally comprises monomeric isocyanate of the named kind, as well as at least one sulfur-containing component. It has been shown that the above mentioned mixture of the specific isocyanate group containing components improves the thermal and mechanical properties of a cured composition. Thus prepared molded articles are particularly suitable for the preparation of spectacle lenses, inter alia due to these properties.

摘要: The present invention relates to a catalyst system comprising: A) at least one compound selected from azoles, oxazoles, thiazoles, benzotriazole, benzimidazole, benzoxazole and salts thereof; B) at least one acid catcher, which contains at least one epoxy group; and C) at least one catalyst containing an N,N,N′-trisubstituted amidine structure with an amidine group content of from 12.0 to 47.0 wt %, calculated as CN2 with molecular weight=40. The invention also relates to a kit which comprises the catalyst system of the present invention and an aqueous uretdione dispersion having an acid number of from 1 to 100 KOH/g and additionally at least one carboxyl group. 摘要: The present invention relates to aqueous, curable composition, comprising or consisting of A) at least one uretdione prepolymer, which comprises at least one uretdione group, and which is obtainable by reacting A1) at least one uretdione polyisocyanate having an isocyanate functionality of at least 2.0, whereby said uretdione polyisocyanate is obtained from at least one aliphatic polyisocyanate, with A2) at least one compound comprising at least one Zerewitinoff-active group, and A3) at least one reactant, which comprises at least one Zerewitinoff-active group and being different from A2 or which is H2O, preferably in the presence of at least one catalyst, to obtain the uretdione prepolymer, wherein the prepolymer has an acid number of at most 4 mg KOH/g, preferably determined according to DIN EN ISO 2114:2002-06 as 37 wt. % aqueous dispersion; and B) optionally at least one compound, which comprises at least one Zerewitinoff-active group; and C) at least one azolate-compound. Furthermore, the present invention pertains to a process for curing the composition of the present invention on a substrate and a cured article obtained by this process. Moreover, the invention relates to the use of the compositions of the present invention for coatings, adhesives and/or sealants.
