摘要: System recognition is performed on devices connected to an identical system without recognizing a device of a different system as a device of the identical system in high-frequency communication. In a device network system, an outdoor unit selected from among all outdoor units of a first network performs a recognition process on the outdoor units and indoor units of the first network. In the first network, communication between individual devices including the outdoor units and the indoor units is performed by using a high frequency, and the recognition process performed by the selected outdoor unit uses a recognition signal having a low frequency.

摘要: A device-registration-work assisting system includes a plurality of notification units, and a mobile terminal carriable by a worker. Each notification unit is built in or disposed near one of a plurality of devices subjected to registration work. The mobile terminal includes a display unit configured to display information regarding each of the devices, and a selection unit configured to select a corresponding one of the devices. The notification unit is configured to notify the worker by light, sound, or motion in response to the corresponding device being selected with the selection unit.

摘要: A communication system includes a first device, second devices, and a communication line providing a serial connection from the first device to the second devices to establish a communication connection. An address setting device of the communication system is configured to set addresses of the second devices. The address setting device includes a communication controller. The communication controller is configured to transmit a transmission signal toward the second devices through the communication line and change at least one of an amplitude or a frequency of the transmission signal, and associate the addresses of the second devices with connection precedence of the second devices to the first device based on a reception signal received through the communication line.

摘要: In a device network system, system recognition processing that identifies a device connected by a wired line is performed using a low-frequency signal of a frequency lower than a first frequency used in communication, and a signal of the first frequency is used to transmit predetermined instruction information. The low-frequency signal includes first information for connection to a network, and identification information of a group to which a device to which the low-frequency signal is transmitted belongs. The predetermined instruction information is transmitted to a device that has received the low-frequency signal, has registered the first information, and has connected to the network, and for which participation in the network has been approved.

摘要: A device-registration-operation assisting apparatus in a device management system including a plurality of devices installed in a building and a management device connected to the devices via a network, assists in an operation to register the devices. The device-registration-operation assisting apparatus includes an emission unit of an electromagnetic wave, and a mobile terminal. The emission unit is integrated into or positioned near one of the plurality of devices. The mobile terminal includes a receiving unit that receives the electromagnetic wave, a display unit that displays information of the device, and an input unit that receives an input of registration information in order to register the device displayed on the display unit in the device management system. The display unit does not display the information of the device for which the registration information is input to the input unit, or changes display of the information.

In a device network system, in a state in which a first device group is set in advance as a physically connectable system or in a state in which the first device group is recognized as a physically connectable system, in a case where the first device group or a second device detects occurrence of a state in which the second device outside the system is recognized as belonging to the system, the first device group or the second device causes the second device to leave the system. As a result, a network can be normally maintained even in high-frequency communication.

摘要: An air-conditioning apparatus includes a first transmission channel, a plurality of second transmission channels different from the first transmission channel, a controller connected to the first transmission channel and not connected to the second transmission channels, a plurality of air-conditioning indoor units connected to the second transmission channels and not connected to the first transmission channel, and a plurality of air-conditioning outdoor units. The plurality of air-conditioning outdoor units electrically connect the first transmission channel and the second transmission channels, and do not transmit a short-circuit state occurring in one of the first transmission channel and the second transmission channels to a transmission channel other than the one of the first transmission channel and the second transmission channels, thereby enabling communication between devices connected to the transmission channel other than the one.
