    Abstract: A thermoelectric conversion element includes a first thermoelectric conversion module and a first substrate including a first main face and a second main face, a first electrode provided on the first main face, a first n-type thermoelectric conversion layer, a first p-type thermoelectric conversion layer in contact with the first n-type thermoelectric conversion layer, and a second electrode, and a sealing layer provided on the first main face. Each of the pair of sheet members of the thermoelectric conversion element includes a first high thermal conduction portion, a second high thermal conduction portion, and a low thermal conduction portion. The first electrode, the first n-type thermoelectric conversion layer, the first p-type thermoelectric conversion layer, and the second electrode are arranged in order along the alignment direction.

    Abstract: The thermoelectric conversion module includes a substrate having a first main face and a second main face, a thermoelectric conversion part located on the first main face, and a first thermal conduction part and a second thermal conduction part located on the second main face. The thermoelectric conversion part has a p-type thermoelectric conversion element and an n-type thermoelectric conversion element, a first end part of the p-type thermoelectric conversion element in the first direction is in contact with a first end part of the n-type thermoelectric conversion element in the first direction, each thickness of the n-type thermoelectric conversion element and the p-type thermoelectric conversion element is 3 μm or more and 30 μm or less, and an interval between the first thermal conduction part and the second thermal conduction part in the first direction is 3 mm or more and 15 mm or less.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a composite including carbon nanotubes and a conductive polymer that is different from the carbon nanotubes. The conductive polymer may include a polythiophene based polymer. The polythiophene based polymer may be a poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene). The carbon nanotubes may include a single-walled carbon nanotube. The carbon nanotubes and the conductive polymer may aggregate. Also disclosed are layer including the composite and a module including such a layer.
