    摘要: A screw compressor for connecting with an economizer for gas supply, includes a main body defining a compressor cavity, a male rotor and a female rotor received in the compressor cavity, a gas-vent base defining at least one gas-supply hole therein adapted for communicating with the economizer. The male rotor and the female rotor are parallel to and meshed with each other. At least the male rotor includes at least two teeth defining at least one tooth channel therebetween. The gas-supply hole is axially aligned with the at least one tooth channel to let gas from the economizer pass therethrough and enter into the at least one tooth channel along the axial direction of the male rotor.

    摘要: A method and system for providing an optical circulator is disclosed. The optical circulator includes a first port, a second port, a third port, and means for establishing a first optical path and a second optical path. The first optical path is from the first port to the second port. The second optical path is from the second port to the third port. The optical path establishing means also includes a wedge and a first birefringent material. The wedge intersects the second optical path but not the first optical path. The wedge is for ensuring that the second optical path includes the third port but not the first port. The wedge does so by deflecting an optical signal input from the second port, but not an optical signal from the first port. The first birefringent material intersects the first optical path and the second optical path and is disposed between the wedge and the second port along the second optical path. The first birefringent material is for ensuring that the second optical path includes the third port but not the first port and for ensuring that the first optical path includes the second port.

    摘要: A screw compressor includes a casing, a screw, an air entry, an air outlet, a slide valve with a flexible volume ratio, and first and second air cylinders. The slide valve is disposed between the first and second air cylinders and includes a slide valve main body. Two ends of the slide valve seal the first and second air cylinders. The first air cylinder is connected to the air outlet of the compressor through a first connection pipe, and the second air cylinder is connected to a last closed spiral flute through a second connection pipe. The slide valve searches for balance under the driving of pressures in the first and second air cylinders. The screw compressor having a slide valve with a flexible volume ratio can enable the volume ratio of the compressor to be automatically adjusted to an optimal state.

    摘要: A screw expansion power generation device is disclosed, applicable to an Organic Rankin Cycle (ORC). The power generation device includes a semi-sealed or fully sealed shell. The shell includes an expander cavity and a generator cavity. The expander cavity is not in communication with the generator cavity. A screw expander is disposed in the expander cavity, and a generator is disposed in the generator cavity. A rotor of the screw expander is fixedly connected to a rotor of the generator. The power generation device drives the generator to generate power through rotation of the rotor of the screw expander. A liquid refrigerant injection inlet and a refrigerant outlet are disposed on the generator cavity. The generator is cooled through evaporation of a liquid refrigerant. The screw expansion power generation device of the present invention is semi-sealed or fully sealed. The screw expander and the generator are disposed in the shell as a whole. The generator may be a synchronous generator or an asynchronous generator, thereby preventing leakage of the refrigerant when the screw expansion generator generates power.

    摘要: A conjugate pair of intermeshing rotors include helical lobes having helical crests and intervening grooves and are adapted for rotation about parallel axes within a working space of a screw rotor machine. Each rotor has a tip circle, a pitch circle, and a root circle. One rotor of each pair is a female rotor formed such that a major portion of each lobe of the female rotor is located inside the pitch circle of the female rotor. The other rotor is a male rotor formed such that a major portion of each lobe of the male rotor is located outside the pitch circle of the male rotor. The lobes of one rotor follow the grooves of the other rotor to form a continuous sealing line between the pair of rotors. Each of the lobes have a primary flank portion and a secondary flank portion. The primary flank portion of the lobes of the female rotor have a profile formed from at least one ellipse, and the primary flank portion of the lobes of the male rotor have a profile formed from at least one ellipse.

    摘要: A curved side oil or fluid separator element for separating liquid or oil from a gas flow has a body portion made of filter media with opposing upper and lower ends. A curved side extends between the upper and lower ends and rotates 360° about a central axis of the body portion to form a curved surface of the body portion. The curved side of the body portion can be any one of a hyperbolically curved side, a circular arc curved side, an elliptically curved side, or any other curve except a straight line, and any combinations of these curves. In one aspect, the curved side of the body portion is adapted for in-out gas flow allowing the gas flow to exit through the curved side to a communicating outlet of a separator housing. In another aspect, the curved side of the body portion is adapted for out-in gas flow for receiving the gas flow through the curved side from a communicating inlet of the separator housing.

    摘要: A scroll expresser of a refrigerant system includes a non-orbiting expander scroll plate and an orbiting expander scroll plate which form a plurality of expansion chambers and a non-orbiting compressor scroll plate and a orbiting compressor scroll plate which form a plurality of compression chambers. The scroll expresser expands high pressure refrigerant in the expansion chambers to low pressure vapor refrigerant and liquid refrigerant. The liquid refrigerant exits the scroll expresser for evaporation. The vapor refrigerant is compressed in the compression chambers and mixes with the refrigerant exiting the compressor. Alternatively, the orbiting scroll plates are integrated into one component.
