Abstract:
Apparatus, systems, processes, and computer-readable mediums for organizing, facilitating, monitoring, and obtaining feedback for social fitness events are provided. For at least one embodiment, a system includes an events module, configured to interface with a remote events database including one or more event records; a person module configured to interface with a local first database including two or more first records, wherein each of the two or more first records identify each of two or more persons; a devices module configured to interface with a local second database including at least one second record, wherein each of the at least one second records identifies a device communicatively coupled to the processor using an IoT tag; a services module configured to interface with a remote third database including at least one third record; and a facilities module configured to interface with a remote fourth database including at least one fourth record.
Abstract:
Systems, devices and methods are described to provide a personalized soundtrack by a set top box, media player or other media receiver device. The device obtains viewer preference data that describes the viewer's musical preference. The media program received by the receiver device is associated with metadata describing at least some of the songs in the program soundtrack. The media receiver device compares the viewer preference data and the metadata about the songs already in the soundtrack to select replacement songs that are rendered to the viewer during playback of the media program instead the songs in the audio soundtrack of the media program.
Abstract:
Systems and methods are operable to concurrently present images on a small display of a mobile media device and a large display of a media presentation system. An exemplary method receives emulated information from a mobile media device, wherein the emulated information corresponds to at least one image that is being currently presented on a display of the mobile media device; generates at least one image based upon the received emulated information, wherein the at least one image is configured for presentation on a display of a media system; and communicates the at least one image to a display of the media system. The image presented on the display of the media system is substantially the same image presented on the display of the mobile media device. The image presented on the display of the media system is substantially larger than the image presented on the display of the mobile media device.

Abstract:
Media content recommendation systems and methods are operable to recommend one or more media content events to a user based on identified changes in the user's emotional state during a life event that is experienced by the user.
Abstract:
Three-dimensional (3D) object manufacturing systems and methods are operable to manufacture printed 3D objects corresponding to user-selected physical objects of interest shown in a media content event that have been viewed by a user, wherein at least one 3D printer that is accessible by the user of the media device is operable to manufacture the printed 3D object corresponding to the viewed physical object of interest.
Abstract:
Systems and methods of graphically presented virtual DVDs are disclosed. An exemplary embodiment receives a request from an electronic device of one of an owner or a guest. In response, data corresponding to the owner's personal virtual DVD collection is communicated to the electronic device, wherein the communicated data is used to present a first image corresponding to a graphical representation of a virtual bookshelf case to the owner and to present a plurality of second images each corresponding to a graphical representation of one of a plurality of virtual DVDs in the owner's personal virtual DVD collection.
Abstract:
Program recording systems and methods are operable to adjust recording times of a program of interest in response to an occurrence of an interrupting program that alters the scheduled recording times of the program of interest. An exemplary embodiment receives an unscheduled program flag (UPF) corresponding to an occurrence of an unscheduled program; adjusts at least one of a scheduled recording start time associated with the program of interest to an updated record start time and a scheduled recording end time associated with the program of interest to an updated record end time in response to receiving the UPF; and records the program of interest based upon at least one of the updated record start time and the updated record end time.
