The navigation apparatus includes an inputting unit for inputting specific information on a product or the like and selection conditions for the product or the like, a transmitting unit for transmitting the input specific information to an external storage unit in which characteristic information on the product or the like is stored, a receiving unit for receiving the characteristic information which is transmitted from the external storage unit, a retrieving unit for retrieving optimal characteristic information matching the selection conditions from the received characteristic information, a displaying unit for displaying the retrieved characteristic information, and a guiding unit for automatically setting the position of a provider for the product or the like based on the retrieved characteristic information and performing route guiding to the position of the provider.

摘要： Providing a car navigation apparatus which can always detect a position of a car with high accuracy, and can obtain traffic information in a practical manner. The car navigation apparatus according to the present invention obtains the DGPS correction data from a base station nearest the car in two-way radio communication instead of obtaining the DGPS correction data by receiving the FM broadcasting. Accordingly, the current position of the car can always be detected with high accuracy. Furthermore, the car navigation apparatus according to the present invention obtains traffic information by having access to a traffic information providing system in two-way radio communication instead of obtaining traffic information by receiving the FM broadcasting. So, the car navigation apparatus can obtain traffic information near the current position selectively or according to the priority. Accordingly, the car navigation apparatus can promptly obtain traffic information when necessary, and can obtain necessary traffic information promptly.

摘要： A vehicle driver inputs an alarm signal from an operating unit. A control unit adds a current position of the vehicle detected by a navigation unit to the alarm signal and transmits the alarm signal with the current position from a transmitting and receiving unit to another vehicle. The transmitting and receiving unit receives a signal from another vehicle and supplies the signal to the control unit. The control unit calculates an intervehicular distance from current position data of the other vehicle included in the received signal and current position data of its own vehicle and outputs the alarm signal from speakers only when the intervehicular distance is within a predetermined value.

Further, the substrate has a physical property in which a ratio of a peak strength in a wavelength of around 500 nm to a peak strength in a wavelength of around 390 nm is 0.1 or smaller in photoluminescence measurement. In this way, the semiconductor device is obtained to have a low on-resistance.
