摘要: An electronic musical instrument of a type having automatic performance functions includes means for switching a tone production mode to another tone production mode without stop of tone production when the automatic performance is stopped, so that a smooth continuation of a manual performance after the automatic performance is ensured. When an automatic arpeggio performance producing a tone of a percussion type envelope is stopped, the tone envelope is switched to a sustain type envelope and the tone is kept produced as long as the key for the tone is kept depressed. In an automatic bass/chord performance producing intermittent bass tones and chord tones, bass tones and chord tones are continuously produced after stopping of the automatic bass/chord performance.

摘要: In an electronic musical instrument, the keys of a keyboard are divided into a plurality of groups by octaves, and a wave generator is provided with a memory for storing constants corresponding to musical tone frequencies to be generated according to the notes includes in a desired group out of the plurality of group, an accumulator for repeatedly adding the constants read out of the memory, and a bit position shifting circuit for shifting the bit position of the data produced by the accumulator according to the octave range of a note to be produced, thereby to obtain the data varying repeatedly according to the frequency of a note to be produced, and to reduce the storing capacity of the memory when compared to the number of keys.

摘要: An electronic musical instrument comprises a plurality of musical tone forming systems capable of producing musical tones of different tone qualities. A priority is established between the respective musical tone forming systems and one which is of a highest priority among one or more such systems selected by a performer is automatically selected and a musical tone can be produced only from this selected system of the highest priority. The electronic musical instrument is capable also of producing musical tones from a plurality of predetermined systems simultaneously when the priority is rendered nonoperative thereby to produce an ensemble effect.

摘要: An electronic musical instrument is of a type wherein a key depression brings forth the generation of a key code identifying the depressed key in a digital representation, and the key code designates the tone to be produced. Based on the single key code of the depressed key, there are produced plural key codes indicating plural tones which are in predetermined musical interval relation with the depressed key to constitude a chord. The original key code and the produced key codes are utilized one after another successively to perform an automatic arpeggio.

摘要: A vibration damping device for railway vehicle includes an actuator and a damper circuit that causes the actuator to function as a damper. The actuator includes a cylinder coupled to a truck of a railway vehicle, a piston, a rod coupled to the piston and a body, a rod-side chamber and a piston-side chamber inside the cylinder, a first on-off valve for a first passage that communicates between a rod-side chamber and a piston-side chamber, a second on-off valve for a second passage that communicates between the piston-side chamber and a tank, and a pump that supplies a hydraulic fluid into the rod-side chamber. The hydraulic fluid has such kinematic viscosity-temperature characteristics that a kinematic viscosity of the hydraulic fluid ranges from 7 mm2/s to 50 mm2/s in a temperature range of from 20° C. to 60° C.

摘要: A caliper brake apparatus according to this invention includes: a caliper main body supported on a vehicle body; a brake block that is capable of advancing and retreating relative to the caliper main body and sliding against the disc so as to apply a frictional force to the disc; a pressing mechanism that presses the brake block against the disc using a pressure of a working fluid; and an adjuster that supports the brake block on the caliper main body. The adjuster includes: an anchor pin that is provided to be capable of advancing and retreating relative to the caliper main body and supports the brake block on the caliper main body; a return spring that biases the brake block in a direction heading away from the disc; and a back pressure chamber defined on a back surface of the anchor pin, into which the working fluid is led.
