    摘要: An arrangement for conveying and stacking final products created by subdivision of a succession of plate blanks into a plurality of such products comprises an input conveyor for supplying the products in a longitudinal transport direction at a predetermined upper level to a stacking station and an output conveyor offset laterally from the input conveyor for transporting stacks of the products away from the stacking station in the direction and having an upstream end laterally adjacent the stacking station at a lower level below the upper level of the input conveyor. A sorter at the station receives the products from the input conveyor at the upper level and moves them at the upper level to either of two stacking substations longitudinally aligned with the upstream end of the output conveyor. Respective stacking units at the substations each in turn have a stacking table displaceable vertically between the upper and lower levels and horizontally displaceable transversely of the transport direction between a basic position at the respective substation for receiving the final products therefrom and an extended position aligned longitudinally with the output conveyor for delivering the final products thereto and a conveyor section fixed to and displaceable jointly transversely with the stacking table such that in the basic position of the respective stacking table it forms a longitudinal continuation of the output conveyor.

    摘要: The invention relates to an improved roller table arrangement for the transportation, in a horizontal plane, of typically plate-shaped workpieces. The present invention provides a roller table of the form of rollers located on carrier rails, in which rolling transport may be accomplished either parallel to, or transversely to, the carrier rails, the aforesaid transportation being achieved through the use of interchangeable roller receiving means. The invention further provides a means by which uniform elevation of the rollers with respect to the carrier rails is accomplished in spite of the presence of swarf or other material debris upon the carrier rails. The present invention further provides for the selective conversion from roller table to workpiece support table through the use of support strips which may be placed upon the carrier rails in lieu of the roller receiving means.

    摘要: A conveyor system is composed of a trolley and an elongated inverted U-shaped or C-shaped track which is formed without any machining involving removal of material by simple deformation of a sheet-metal blank. The track has a horizontal or vertical web, two vertical or horizontal legs extending from the marginal portions of the web, and two horizontal or vertical ledges which constitute the inwardly bent end portions of the legs. One of the ledges has a V-shaped cross-sectional outline and the other ledge has an inturned carrier for a toothed rack in mesh with a pinion driven by a motor on the trolley. The trolley has a first pair of rollers whose conical peripheral surfaces engage the opposite sides of the V-shaped ledge, and a second pair of rollers whose cylindrical peripheral surfaces engage the opposite sides of the other ledge. One roller of each pair is adjustable to ensure that both rollers of each pair engage the corresponding ledge with negligible clearance. The V-shaped portion of the one ledge can receive a steel rod which reinforces the track and is engaged by one roller of the respective pair of rollers.

    摘要: A process is described, with the aid of which panel-type workpieces to be manufactured from a panel blank may also be provided with flat face and/or end face bores in the course of their manufacture. For this purpose, the panel blank is displaced transversely to the cutting plane into a stop position, the flat face bores pertaining to one of the workpieces to be manufactured are subsequently made in the one flat side of the panel blank. To make the further flat face bores for the workpiece, the panel blank is then transported further in a clocked manner through predetermined paths in the same direction and bored after each advance. Upon completion of all of the flat face bores, the panel blank is displaced in a clocked manner in the opposite direction into predetermined positions, fixed after each advance, and lastly severed.For the end face boring, the panel blank is displaced in the direction of advance through a path corresponding to a side length of a workpiece and subsequently clamped and severed. The resulting workpiece is then displaced in the direction of advance through a predetermined path, clamped and bored at the end face located opposite to the bored end face. The remaining part of the panel blank is displaced in the direction of advance into a stop position, likewise bored at the end face, and lastly displaced again in the direction of advance through a path corresponding to a side length of a workpiece, clamped and severed, whereupon the same procedural steps are repeated.
