Abstract: A phosphor-containing film capable of suppressing deterioration of phosphor and capable of suppressing generation of luminescent spots and the reduction in luminance due to a defect of the resin layer. The film includes: a phosphor-containing layer having a resin layer which has impermeability to oxygen and is provided with a plurality of discretely arranged concave portions, and a plurality of fluorescent regions, each of which is arranged in the concave portion of the resin layer and contains a phosphor that deteriorates through a reaction with oxygen when exposed to oxygen; and a first substrate film and a second substrate film, which are respectively laminated on one main surface and the other main surface of the phosphor-containing layer, in which the fluorescent regions contain a binder and quantum dots serving as the phosphor.

This organic EL display device is an organic electroluminescent display device including, from a viewing side, a circularly polarizing plate, a first adhesion layer, and a bendable organic electroluminescent display panel, in which the circularly polarizing plate includes, from the viewing side, a linear polarizer, a second adhesion layer, and a phase difference layer functioning as a λ/4 plate, a complex modulus of elasticity of the first adhesion layer is 2.50×105 Pa or less, the first adhesion layer is thicker than the second adhesion layer, and an absorption axis of the linear polarizer is positioned at an angle of 0°±30° or 90°±30° with respect to an extension direction of a ridge line formed in a case where the organic electroluminescent display device is bent.
