    摘要: Crosslinkable compositions containing(1) An organopolysiloxane having alkenyloxy functional groups and containing Si-bonded radicals Y of the formula--(CH.sub.2).sub.2 --R.sup.1 --(A--R.sup.2).sub.z --O--R.sup.3 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2, in whichA represents --O--, --S--or ##STR1## group, R.sup.1 represents a straight-chain or branched alkylene radical having from 1 to 7 carbon atoms per radical of a cycloalkylene radical having from 5 to 7 carbon atoms per radical,R.sup.2 represents a straight-chain or branched alkylene radical having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms per radical, which can be substituted by a hydroxyl group, methoxy group, ethoxy group or trimethylsiloxy group,R.sup.3 represents a straight-chain or branched alkylene radical having from 1 to 7 carbon atoms per radical, and z is 0, 1 or 2,(2) an organopolysiloxane containing Si-bonded hydrogen atoms, and(3) a catalyst which promotes the addition of Si-bonded hydrogen to an aliphatic double bond.

    摘要: The invention relates to new, cross-linkable compounds containing (A1) linear organopolysiloxanes with aliphatically unsaturated hydrocarbon radicals, said organopolysiloxanes being of general formula (I) R1aR3-aSiO(R2SiO)c[R2Si—Y—SiR2O(R2SiO)c]dSiR3-bR1b, wherein R can be the same or different, and represents a monovalent, optionally halogenated hydrocarbon radical which is free of terminal aliphatic carbon—carbon multiple bonds, R1 represents a monovalent aliphatically unsaturated hydrocarbon radical, Y represents a bivalent organic radical which is free of terminal aliphatic carbon—carbon multiple bonds, a is 0 or 1, b is 0 or 1, and the sum of a+b per molecule is 1 or 2, c is a whole number to the value of 1 to 1000, d is 0 or a whole number to the value of 1 to 10, and optionally, (A2) MQ silicone resins which are soluble in (A1), on the condition that if MQ silicone resins (A2) are not used, the sum of a+b in the formula (I) is 1.3 to 1.9 on average and that if MQ silicone resins (A2) are used, the sum of a+b in formula (I) is 1.0 to 1.9 on average; (B) organo-silicon compounds with Si-bonded hydrogen atoms; (C) catalysts which promote the formation of an aliphatic multiple bond by Si-bonded hydrogen; and optionally, (D) agents which slow down the formation of an aliphatic multiple bond by Si-bonded hydrogen at room temperature.

    摘要: Silicone polyethers are prepared in a two stage process by reacting an unsaturated polyether with a first Si—H functional organopolysiloxane and then with a second organopolysiloxane, in which the weight ratio of silicon bonded hydrogen in the first and second organopolysiloxanes is at least 0.9. The reaction is more rapid than a single step process and produces a product with less unreacted Si—H content.

    摘要: Crosslinkable silicone coating compositions are prepared from (1) organopolysiloxanes containing alkenyl groups and containing per molecule at least one unit O3-n/2RnSi—Y(SiRnO3-n/2)a   (I), at least 2 units R1RbSiO(3-b)/2   (II), and units RcSiO(4-c)/2   (III), where R is a monovalent, SiC-bonded organic radical having 1 to 30 C atoms free from aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bonds, R1 is an alkenyl radical having 2 to 4 C atoms, and Y is a divalent or trivalent organic radical having 1 to 30 C atoms, with the proviso that the organopolysiloxanes (1) contain units (II) in amounts wherein the concentration of alkenyl radicals R1 is less than 2 meq/g, (2) organopolysiloxanes containing Si-bonded hydrogen atoms, (3) a hydrosilylation catalyst, and (4) optionally, inhibitors. The compositions cure rapidly with few extractables and are very useful in preparing release coatings.
