    摘要: In a radiation image reading apparatus, a photostimulated phosphor member absorbs a portion of radiation energy transmitted through an object and stores the absorbed radiation energy as a latent image. An excitation light source irradiates excitation light on the photostimulated phosphor member which then emits photostimulated luminescence light which is received and converged by an image reading device, and the latter outputting, as image information, an electrical signal which is dependent on a light intensity of the photostimulated luminescence light. A source of erasing light, having a spectral distribution band positioned substantially in a visible light region and which is normally ON, includes a shutter which is selectively opened to irradiate the erasing light on the photostimulated phosphor during an erasure time and otherwise is closed. A moving mechanism relatively moves the excitation light source and the image reading device with respect to the photostimulated phosphor member, in a moving direction which is perpendicular to the main scan direction.

    摘要: A radiation image reading and erasing apparatus for deriving image signals in such a manner that an accelerated phosphorescence fluorescent material object, onto which radiation images are accumulated and stored, is scanned with an excitation light, and an accelerated phosphorescence fluorescent light, which is emitted from the accelerated phosphorescence fluorescent material object, is received. The apparatus is designed to obtain image data free of unwanted noises, and to occupy less space. The accelerated phosphorescence fluorescent material object is irradiated with a laser beam passing through a slit member to photomultipliers through reflection between sheets. The slit member may move with up-and-down motions. The sheets are taken-up or sent out by or from the associated take-up rollers, respectively, in accordance with the movement of slit member. The apparatus also has an erasing unit with a movable reflector to erase image information from the accelerated phosphorescence fluorescent material object.

    摘要: Provided is an artificial leather sheet that comprises microfine fibers of an inelastic polymer having a mean fiber diameter of at most 5 μm and an elastic polymer, in which the major portion of the elastic polymer forms a fibrous structure of the entangled nonwoven fabric with the microfine fibers of inelastic polymer throughout the entire layer of the artificial leather sheet in the thickness direction thereof, and a part of the elastic polymer forms a porous layer integrated with the entangled nonwoven fabric structure on at least one face of the artificial leather sheet. The artificial leather sheet does not substantially undergo structure deformation even when repeatedly elongated and deformed. It has good elastic stretchability, and has a soft and dense feel, and its appearance is good not detracting from the drapability of the sheet.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide a developing apparatus having a supply screw and a recovery screw both of which are arranged vertically to circulate developer, wherein a component in a normal direction of pressure generated by the recovery screw is made larger than that of pressure generated by the supply screw. Thereby, lowering and raising of developer is suppressed and occurrence of fog on the image and the smoke of toner are prevented. Alternatively, a radial member and a centrifugal member are applied to the supply screw and the recovery screw, respectively. Thereby, developer is prevented from moving between screws in the midst of the transportation. Still alternatively, a preliminary stirring portion is provided on extension of a stirring screw at upperstream side. The preliminary stirring portion has a cylindrical body with inlets and outlets. Both inside and outside of the cylindrical body, screws are provided and inclines of screw blades are reversed to each other. Thereby, it enables the developing apparatus to transport the developer which is sufficiently stirred and charged to a development zone without being accompanied by a large-scaled apparatus.

    摘要: A developer transporting device for electrophotographic copiers has a pair of walls, a rotating shaft supported between the pair of walls, a first transporting member provided on the rotating shaft, a rotating cylindrical screw concentrically sheathing the rotating shaft and having a second transporting member provided on an exterior surface thereof and apertures provided at both ends thereof, an inflow pipe mounted on one wall of the pair of walls and extending into one end of the cylindrical screw and provided with a developer inflow opening facing an aperture of the cylindrical screw, and an outflow pipe mounted on the other wall of the pair of walls and extending into the other end of the cylindrical screw and provided with a developer outflow opening facing an aperture of the cylindrical screw. Developer outside the cylindrical screw is transported from the outflow pipe to the inflow pipe by the second transporting member and developer in the cylindrical screw is transported from the inflow pipe to the outflow pipe by the first transporting member. Developer is thus circulated inside and outside the cylindrical screw in a manner to ensure proper mixing thereof. The cylindrical screw preferably includes interior and exterior surfaces which have different coefficients of friction for more effective transport of the developer.

    摘要: A colored polyamide fiber composed of a polyamide resin, a pigment, a coupling agent and a compound represented by the following formula I: R′—CO—NH—R—NH—CO—R″  (I) wherein R is an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R′ and R″ are each independently an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 9 to 18 carbon atoms. The colored polyamide fibers are produced without causing bending and fiber break during the melt spinning even when the raw composition contains the pigment in a high concentration. Since the pigment is uniformly dispersed throughout the colored polyamide fibers, the coloration is deep and the strength is high. The colored polyamide fibers are suitable for the production of artificial leathers.
