摘要: A housing is constructed of a transmission case and an oil pan and has a space therein. A through hole passes through the transmission case. A pressure control unit is housed in the housing and controls hydraulic pressure supplied to a transmission mechanism by the operation of a solenoid valve. An internal cable is housed in the housing and is electrically connected to the solenoid valve of the pressure control unit. An external cable is electrically connected to an engine control unit outside the housing. A connector is arranged in such a way as to pass through the through hole and is electrically connected to the internal cable and the external cable. The connector has an external exposed portion, which is exposed outside the housing, formed in such a way as to be able to pass through the through hole.

摘要: A fluid circuit module controls a fluid to be supplied to a movable element in an automatic transmission. The fluid circuit module is provided with a first body in which a first flow passage is formed, a second body in which a second flow passage is formed. A separation plate is set between the first body and the second body and has a deformation portion that is deformed and strained in accordance with the difference between pressures in the first flow passage and the second flow passage. A strain sensor is attached to the deformation portion for detecting a strain of the deformation portion. A control means controls a supply fluid to be supplied to the movable element on the basis of a detection result of the strain sensor.

摘要: An automatic transmission includes a pressure adjusting unit that controls hydraulic pressure supplied to a transmission mechanism by the operation of a solenoid valve. A housing has a heat radiating portion for radiating heat to the outside and houses the pressure adjusting unit. A first connector is so arranged as to pass through the housing and has a control circuit unit electrically connected to the solenoid valve of the pressure adjusting unit. A second connector is electrically connected to an engine control unit outside the housing and engages with the first connector and the heat radiating portion. The second connector is electrically connected to the control circuit unit and presses the first connector onto the heat radiating portion.

摘要: A fluid circuit module controls a fluid to be supplied to a movable element in an automatic transmission. The fluid circuit module is provided with a first body in which a first flow passage is formed, a second body in which a second flow passage is formed. 摘要: A pressure sensor can be mounted to an object with a pressure to be measured by a mounting structure. The mounting structure includes bonding a first member and a second member, a medium passageway formed on one of the bonding face thereof, a flexible printed wiring board interposed between both bonding faces through gaskets, and a pressure sensor element electrically connected to the flexible printed wiring board by an electrically conductive member so that the sensor element electrically connects to the outside of the object. The pressure sensor element is disposed in a recess that is formed on the bonding face. The presser medium is transferred through an introduction hole from the medium passageway to the pressure sensor element.

摘要: A drive unit for an automatic transmission has a hydraulic circuit changing device for changing a hydraulic circuit so that one of the hydraulic control portions (hydraulic gear change portions) is selectively communicated with an oil pressure source, a position detecting device for continuously detecting a position of one of moving members of the hydraulic circuit changing device and for outputting a detection signal corresponding to the position of the moving member, and a pressure regulating device provided between the hydraulic circuit changing device and the hydraulic control portions for regulating a control pressure to be applied to the hydraulic control portions. In the above drive unit, an electronic control unit calculates a rate of changes in the detection signals from the position detecting device and controls the pressure regulating device in accordance with the rate of the changes in the detection signals.

摘要: An automatic transmission controller has an electronic control circuit, an electromagnetic valve, and a pressure control valve. The electronic control circuit generates a control current. The electromagnetic valve regulates a command pressure in accordance with the control current. The pressure control valve has a spool and is formed with a spool hole. The spool reciprocates in the spool hole in accordance with the command pressure to regulate a pressure supplied to a friction element of an automatic transmission. In a standby state, when the friction element is in a disengaged state, the electronic control circuit generates an oscillating current as the control current so that the electromagnetic valve generates a standby command pressure that makes the spool reciprocate in a range in which no pressure is supplied to the friction element.
