摘要： An impact resistant plastic graft copolymer composition is prepared by1. agglomerating 100 parts by weight in terms of the solids content of a synthetic rubber latex (A) containing small-sized rubber particles by adding 0.1 - 5 parts by weight, in terms of the solids content of a carboxylic acid containing copolymer latex (B) having a pH of at least 4, said copolymer latex being prepared by polymerizing a mixture of monomers comprising 5 - 20% by weight of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid and crotonic acid and 95-80% by weight of alkyl acrylate having 1 to 12 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, in the presence of at least one anionic emulsifier, and adjusting the pH of the mixed latexes (A) and (B) to not less than 6;2. stabilizing the agglomerated latex with at least one nonionic emulsifier, and3. grafting 93-30 parts by weight of a monomer or mixture of monomers, which is capable of producing a glassy thermoplastic polymer having a glass transition temperature of not less than 50.degree.C in the presence of or onto 7-70 parts by weight in terms of solids content of the agglomerated and stabilized synthetic rubber latex.

摘要： Disclosed is a lubricant for thermoplastic resins, which is prepared by (A) polymerizing 60-100 wt. % of an aromatic vinyl monomer and 0-40 wt. % of other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith to form a polymer, (B) polymerizing 30-70 wt. parts of a monomer or monomer mixture comprising 50-100 wt. % of an acrylic acid ester and 0-50 wt. % of other vinyl monomer or monomers copolymerizable therewith in the presence of 10-60 wt. parts of said polymer so that when said monomer or monomer mixture is singly polymerized, the reduced viscosity of the resulting polymer is lower than 1.0, to obtain a polymer, and (C) polymerizing 5-30 wt. parts of a methacrylic acid ester in the presence of the two-stage polymer obtained at the steps (A) and (B) so that the total amount of the components (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt. parts. A thermoplastic resin composition comprising this lubricant has an excellent mold release characteristics and lubricating property at the molding step, and a molded article prepared from the composition has a good gloss.

摘要： A processing aid for a thermoplastic resin is disclosed, which is a two-stage polymer obtained by polymerizing (B) 5 to 50 parts by weight of a monomer or monomer mixture composed mainly of methyl methacrylate in the presence of (A) 50 to 95 parts by weight of a polymer comprising 100 to 50% by weight of units of a methacrylic acid ester other than methyl methacrylate and 0 to 50% by weight of units of other monomer copolymerizable with the methacrylic acid ester and having a reduced viscosity .eta.sp/C not larger than 2.0 dl/g, so that the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight and the reduced viscosity .eta.sp of the final polymer is not larger than 2.0 dl/g. A thermoplastic resin having the processing aid incorporated therein has an improved shaping processability, and a shaped article mode therefrom has good surface characteristics.

摘要： Disclosed is a vinyl chloride polymer composition comprising:(i) 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride polymer containing at least 80 wt. % of vinyl chloride units, and(ii) 0.05 to 25 wt. parts of a three-stage polymer (II), which is obtained by polymerizing 10 to 30 wt. parts of at least one monomer (B), which is selected from acrylic acid esters, methacrylic acid esters, aromatic vinyl compounds, cyano-vinyl compounds and vinyl ester compounds so that the glass transition temperature of a polymer obtained by separately polymerizing the monomer (B) is 0.degree. to 60.degree. C., in the presence of 45 to 85 wt. parts of a methyl methacrylate polymer (A) containing at least 80 wt. % of methyl methacrylate units; and then polymerizing 5 to 25 wt. parts of a methyl methacrylate monomer or monomer mixture (C) containing at least 80 wt. % of methyl methacrylate in the presence of the obtained copolymer comprising the components (A) and (B) so that the total amount of the components (A), (B), and (C) is 100 wt. parts. The vinyl chloride polymer composition is advantageous in that the gelation speed is high, the parting property at the calendering step is good, adhesion to the vessel wall is not caused at the blending step before the processing, the processability is excellent, and the composition gives a molded articles having a good transparency and a good surface condition.

In the paper diaper, a paper diaper product body is formed of at least a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent interposed between these sheets. Also, the paper diaper product package is formed by storing a plurality of paper diaper products with different designs in the same package.

C. with respect to a solution of 0.1 g of the polymer in 100 ml of chloroform. The fluoroacrylic polymer is incorporated into a thermoplastic resin for rendering an excellent lubricating property thereto.
