摘要: Each of lines A, B is provided on each of opposite sides thereof with a tape heater 11, and a space for positioning a tape heater holding clip 13 therein is provided in each of locations between adjacent fluid control devices. The tape heaters 11 are held from opposite sides thereof to the line by the clip 13. The lines A, B provided with the heaters are each mounted on a line support member 10 removably attached to a base member 1. The line support member 10 has a heater insertion bore 14 formed therein and extending longitudinally thereof. A sheath heater 12 is inserted into the bore 14.

摘要: A coupling comprises a holding member having a U-shaped cross section, and a channel member held by the holding member. The holding member has an upper wall formed with screw bores for use in attaching the holding member to a fluid controller. The channel member comprises a body having an inner channel and fitted in a space between the upper wall of the holding member and a lower wall thereof, a tubular upward projection communicating with the inner channel of the body and having an upper end inserted in a through bore in the upper wall of the holding member to communicate with a downward channel of the fluid controller, and a tubular lateral projection communicating with the inner channel of the body and extending laterally. The upper end of the channel member has an outward flange, and the through bore of the upper wall of the holding member has an inward flange for supporting the flange.

摘要: A magnetic detection device includes a signal processing circuit that detects a moving position and a moving direction of a magnetic mobile object using an output of a comparing circuit configured to output a signal by comparing an output signal of a magneto-electric transducer element with a threshold. A duration during which an output of the signal processing circuit is in a high level or in a low level is fixed to a period t1 or a period t2 depending on the moving direction of the magnetic mobile object. When switching of the moving direction of the magnetic mobile object takes place within the period t1 or the period t2, the signal processing circuit outputs a position signal same as a position signal indicating a position immediately before the switching of the moving direction of the magnetic mobile object due to hysteresis of the threshold of the comparing circuit.
