    摘要: A thermal management system includes a refrigerant loop, a motor coolant loop, and a battery coolant loop. The refrigerant loop includes a first refrigerant main-line, a second refrigerant main-line, a first refrigerant branch, and a second refrigerant branch. The first refrigerant main-line includes a compressor, the second refrigerant main-line includes a cabin condenser, the first refrigerant branch includes a cabin evaporator, the second refrigerant branch includes a radiator. The first refrigerant main-line and the second refrigerant main-line selectively communicate with one of the first and second refrigerant branches. The battery coolant loop includes a coolant main-line, a first coolant branch connected to the cabin evaporator, a second coolant branch connected to the cabin condenser, and a third coolant branch. The coolant main-line selectively communicates with at least one of the first to third coolant branches. The battery coolant loop connects to the motor coolant loop in series or in parallel.

    摘要: Provided is a battery heating system, a battery device and an electric vehicle. The battery heating system includes: a battery pack having multiple battery cells; a plurality of heating resistors, each heating resistor is connected to a corresponding battery cell and is configured to heat the connected battery cell; a switching circuit, which is connected to each battery cell and each heating resistor; a controller, which is connected to the switch circuit and is configured to select one or more battery cells for discharging and one or more battery cells to be heated from the plurality of battery cells according to the temperature and/or energy of each battery cell, and control switches in the switching circuit to switch on/off, so that the current of the one or more battery cells for discharging flows through the corresponding heating resistor to heat the one or more battery cells to be heated.

    摘要: A thermal management system includes a refrigerant loop, a battery coolant loop, and a motor coolant loop. The refrigerant loop includes a compressor selectively communicating with at least two of a condenser, an evaporator, and a heat exchanger. The battery coolant loop includes a first bypass path connected to the heat exchanger. The motor coolant loop includes a second bypass path connected to the radiator. A valve package includes ten outer ports and eight inner channels. Three outer ports connect to the heat exchanger, one of which is connected to the first bypass path. Two outer ports connect to the power supply system. Two outer ports connect to the powertrain system. Three outer ports connect to the radiator, one of which is connected to the second bypass path. Eight of the ten outer ports selectively communicate with four of the eight inner channels.

    摘要: A battery thermal management system and method are provided. The system includes: a battery, a battery thermal exchange structure, a pump, at least one first valve and one or more thermal adjustment components, wherein the battery thermal exchange structure includes a thermal exchange channel passing through the battery, and has a first port and a second port; a first coolant circulation loop is formed via connecting the pump and the battery thermal exchange structure, and a second coolant circulation loop is formed via connecting the pump, the battery thermal exchange structure and the one or more thermal adjustment components; the first valve is set at each or one of two joint locations between the first coolant circulation loop and the second coolant circulation loop and is configured to direct coolant flowing through the first valve into either the first coolant circulation loop or the second coolant circulation loop.
