摘要: A solenoid valve includes: a magnetic force generating coil generating an electromagnetic force; a valve spool reciprocated depending on an electromagnetic force generated from the magnetic force generating coil; a holder having the valve spool inserted into a hollow portion of the holder and forming a plurality of ports opened and closed depending on the reciprocating motion of the valve spool; a foreign material collecting coil collecting a foreign material when power is applied to the magnetic force generating coil to serve as an electromagnet; and a foreign material outlet port formed in the holder and discharging the foreign material collected in the foreign material collecting coil when the supply of power to the foreign material collecting coil is released to outside.

摘要: A backward driving control method for a hybrid vehicle may include a condition determination operation of, when the driver performs a shifting to a reverse gear stage, determining whether the rotation speed of a motor in the forward direction exceeds a reference speed and whether the torque of the motor exceeds a reference torque, a first backward driving operation of, when the rotation speed of the motor exceeds the predetermined reference speed and when the torque of the motor exceeds the predetermined reference torque, implementing the reverse gear stage using a backward driving implementation device of the transmission, a zero-torque control operation of decreasing the torque of the motor to zero, a forward driving conversion operation of shifting the transmission to a forward gear stage, and a second backward driving operation of driving the motor in the reverse direction to implement the reverse gear stage.

摘要: A control apparatus of a hybrid vehicle having an electric oil pump includes an engine clutch selectively engaging an engine and a drive motor; an automatic transmission changing a power generated from the engine by engagement and releasing of a friction element into a required torque depending on a speed; a hydraulic pressure sensor sensing an oil pressure supplied to the engine clutch; a temperature sensor sensing an oil temperature discharged from the electric oil pump; a hybrid control unit (HCU) controlling the electric oil pump to selectively engage the engine clutch depending on a driving state; and a transmission control unit (TCU) controlling the electric oil pump to supply transmission control pressure to the friction element. The electric oil pump includes an oil motor and a pump to supply the operating hydraulic pressure to the engine clutch and the friction element.

摘要: An electric hydraulic pump for a transmission includes: a motor including a motor cover, a motor case coupled with the motor cover, and a stator and a rotor disposed within the motor cover and the motor case; and a pump including a pump case forming a pump chamber, and a gear rotor which is disposed within the pump chamber, connected with the rotor through a motor shaft and receives rotational power of the motor. In particular, a plurality of oil circulation holes are formed in the motor cover and a connecting hole is formed in the motor cover corresponding to the pump case, and an oil flow channel is formed within the pump case for connecting the connecting hole and an oil inlet of the pump chamber.

摘要: An oil supply system of a vehicle includes: a first pump generating a first quantity of oil to cool a driving motor of a hybrid vehicle; a second pump generating a second quantity of oil to lubricate a friction lubrication element of the hybrid vehicle; a flow channel switching valve selectively switching a flow channel of the first quantity of oil and a flow channel of the second quantity of oil to connect the flow channel of the first quantity of oil to the friction lubrication element or connect the flow channel of the second quantity of oil to the driving motor; and a controller controlling an operation of the flow channel switching valve to supply a portion of the first quantity of oil to the friction lubrication element or a portion of the second quantity of oil to the driving motor.

摘要: A hydraulic circuit for a transmission includes a friction element that engages or disengages an operating element of the transmission, a pump that pumps oil to form preliminary pressure that allows the friction element to be maintained in a standby state in which the friction element is ready to operate, and a direct control valve that receives the oil that has passed through the pump and adjusts the preliminary pressure to form operating pressure that allows the friction element to operate, when operating the friction element. The friction element includes a hydraulic chamber into which the oil is introduced, a first supply hole through which the oil that has passed through the pump is supplied to the hydraulic chamber, and a second supply hole through which the oil that has passed through the direct control valve is supplied to the hydraulic chamber.

摘要: A method for controlling a line pressure of a hybrid vehicle includes applying, by a controller, a set current corresponding to a target pressure to a first solenoid valve controlling the line pressure, driving, by the controller, a second solenoid valve to open an engine clutch after the applying step, comparing, by the controller, a difference value between a real pressure of the engine clutch sensed by a pressure sensor and the target pressure with a preset pressure after the driving step, and as a result of performing the comparing step, if the difference value is equal to or greater than the preset pressure, controlling, by the controller, an increase of a revolution per minute (RPM) speed of the electric oil pump and an increase of a pressure of the first solenoid valve to be alternately generated.
