摘要: A vehicle driving assistance device includes a processor. The processor is configured to execute acceleration suppression control for suppressing acceleration of a driver's vehicle in a case where a predetermined prohibition condition is not satisfied when an erroneous acceleration operation precondition is satisfied while a traveling condition is satisfied. The traveling condition is a condition for determining that the driver's vehicle is traveling. The erroneous acceleration operation precondition is a precondition for determining that an acceleration operation is erroneously performed. The acceleration operation is an operation performed by a driver of the driver's vehicle to request the acceleration of the driver's vehicle. The predetermined prohibition condition is based on a relationship between the driver's vehicle and an external environment of the driver's vehicle.

摘要: Systems and methods for planning a trajectory of a vehicle based on one or more obstacles is provided. The method may comprise generating one or more data points from one or more sensors coupled to a vehicle, and, using a processor, detecting one or more obstacles within a LiDAR point cloud, generating a patch for each of the one or more obstacles, projecting the LiDAR point cloud into the image, wherein each patch represents a region of an image for each of the one or more obstacles, performing a factor query on the image for each of the one or more obstacles, for each of the one or more obstacles, based on the factor query, determining a label for the obstacle and labeling the obstacle with the label, and planning a trajectory of the vehicle. The label may indicate a collidability of the obstacle.

摘要: A driving force control method controls driving force distribution to each of a first driving source connected to front wheels and a second driving source connected to rear wheels so that a pitch angle of a vehicle behaves as desired. The method includes setting a pitch rate during starting of the vehicle to a corrected pitch rate different from a predetermined basic pitch rate, wherein the basic pitch rate is determined according to basic driving force distribution for achieving desired vehicle characteristics of the vehicle, and the corrected pitch rate is determined so as to adjust a feeling of acceleration of an occupant of the vehicle according to a change in a requested acceleration of the vehicle.

The display device of an embodiment is mounted on a vehicle and includes: a display part; and a display controller displaying operation information related to downhill road travel control, which controls a speed of the vehicle traveling downhill to a constant speed, on the display part. The downhill road travel control switches from a standby state to an active state when an execution condition, including that input of an accelerator operation and a brake operation is stopped, is satisfied. The display controller displays by changing at least a part of a display mode of the operation information when the downhill road travel control is in the standby state and the input of the accelerator operation or the brake operation is stopped.

摘要: An electrified fire fighting vehicle includes a battery pack, an electromagnetic device, an engine, and a controller. The controller is configured to monitor a state-of-charge of the battery pack, operate the electromagnetic device using stored energy in the battery pack to provide a performance condition including (i) accelerating the electrified fire fighting vehicle to a driving speed of at least 50 miles-per-hour in an acceleration time and (ii) maintaining or exceeding the driving speed for a period of time, and start and operate the engine in response to a start condition to facilitate reserving sufficient stored energy in the battery pack such that the state-of-charge is maintained above a minimum state-of-charge threshold that is sufficient to facilitate the performance condition. The acceleration time is 30 second or less. An aggregate of the acceleration time and the period of time is at least 3 minutes.

The embodiment may include receiving GPS data from one or more vehicles and a real-time video feed of one or more intersections along a first roadway. The embodiment may also include identifying a number of autonomous vehicles and one or more routes of the autonomous vehicles traveling on the first roadway. The embodiment may further include in response to determining an emergency vehicle is traveling on the first roadway, identifying a route and speed of the emergency vehicle. The embodiment may also include estimating a width of a second roadway intersecting the first roadway at a nearest intersection. The embodiment may further include identifying a moving direction of one or more objects along the second roadway. The embodiment may also include deploying a required number of autonomous vehicles to block the one or more objects from entering the nearest intersection.
