摘要: Disclosed are a heat exchanger and a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger may include a plurality of three-step tubes, each having a three-layered section and each having a liquid passage at a middle portion and module insertion spaces at opposite sides of the liquid passage, a plurality of thermoelectric modules inserted into the module insertion spaces, a plurality of cooling fins coupled to an outer surface of each of the three-step tubes, and an upper tank and a lower tank coupled to an upper side and a lower side of the three-step tubes to be fluidically communicated with the liquid passages of the three-step tubes. The three-step tubes and the cooling fins may be stacked laterally with respect to each other. The three-step tubes, the cooling fins, the upper tank, and the lower tank may be brazed by a same filler material comprising a metal.

摘要: The present invention relates to a radiant heater for a vehicle, the radiant heater including: a base fabric; a heating member stacked on the base fabric; a fixing member fixing the heating member to the base fabric; and a laminated fabric stacked on an upper side of the fixing member and combined with the base fabric. Thus, the heater can be formed in a woven form and thus manufactured quickly and simply, and a heating temperature of the heater can be easily controlled according to a location by only controlling a resistance pattern, thereby provide a more uniform warmth to a passenger of the vehicle.

摘要: A thermal management system for a vehicle battery is disclosed. The system includes a reservoir tank, which is positioned outside a vehicle and which stores refrigerant therein, a refrigerant supply line for supplying the refrigerant from the reservoir tank to a heat exchange circuit, which exchanges heat with the battery mounted in the vehicle, a refrigerant recovery line for recovering the refrigerant discharged from the heat exchanger circuit, a cable, which is connected at one end thereof to the reservoir tank and which includes therein the refrigerant supply line or the refrigerant recovery line, and a connector provided at a remaining end of the cable, which serves to connect the refrigerant supply line or the refrigerant recovery line in the cable to an inlet or an outlet of the heat exchange circuit when the connector is coupled to the vehicle.

摘要: A thermal management system includes a refrigerant line including a compressor, a water-cooled condenser, and a cooling core for indoor air conditioning connected to the water-cooled condenser such that refrigerant emerging from the water-cooled condenser is introduced into the cooling core for indoor air conditioning, and a battery line including a high-voltage battery heat exchanging module and a heater core for indoor air conditioning. The battery line is connected to the refrigerant line through the water-cooled condenser in a heat exchangeable manner such that the high-voltage battery heat exchanging module and the heater core for indoor air conditioning are connected in parallel to the water-cooled condenser via a first valve to cause cooling water heated while passing through the water-cooled condenser to be selectively introduced into the high-voltage battery heat exchanging module or the heater core for indoor air conditioning.
