摘要： A photosensitive composition comprising (1) at least one diazonium compound selected from among salts and double salts of diazonium ions represented by the general formulas: ##STR1## wherein A stands for a substituent selected from among ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each stand for an alkyl or benzyl group with the proviso that the total number of carbon atoms of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is 8 to 16, and (2) at least one nitrate selected from the group consisting of calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate and a pattern forming process using such a composition.This composition gets sticky upon exposure to light.

摘要： A light-transmitting layer is formed on a transparent glass panel, the light-transmitting layer having a larger refractive index than that of the glass panel, and a light-absorbing layer having a light-transmitting region is formed on the light-transmitting layer. The light reflected from the interface of the glass panel and the light-absorbing layer is effectively attenuated by the light-transmitting layer, so that it is possible to obtain an excellent image having a considerably strong contrast.

摘要： A process for forming a phosphor screen of a color picture tube comprising forming a thin layer using a photosensitive composition which contains an aromatic diazonium salt as a photosensitive component and produces tackiness by exposure to actinic light on the surface of the substrate and contacting the tackified thin layer after exposure to light with phosphor particles to form each phosphor layer for emitting color is improved by using as the phosphor particles those coated with at least one surface coating material selected from the group consisting of Zn(OH).sub.2, Zn.sub.3 (PO.sub.4).sub.2 and AlPO.sub.4 in shortening the contact time between the thin layer and the phosphor particles.

摘要： A patternwise coated powder layer can be formed by a process comprising the steps of coating a photosensitive composition, which contains an aromatic diazonium salt as a photosensitive component and becomes sticky by exposure, onto the surface of a substrate to form a thin layer, subjecting the thin layer to patternwise exposure with actinic radiation to produce stickiness at the exposed area, and then contacting powder particles with the thin layer after exposure to make the thin layer to accept the powder particles according to the powder acceptability of the thin layer. 摘要： A method of forming a color picture tube fluorescent screen by so-called dry process. After a photosticky substance mainly containing a diazonium compound is coated on a panel inner face, phosphor is adhered to portions of the compound which have been exposed to light through a color selection electrode and rendered sticky, and surplus phosphor applied on unexposed portions of the compound is removed, the above steps being consecutively repeated for phosphors of three colors to form picture elements of triads of three color phosphors on the panel inner face. The panel inner face is then treated with an aqueous solution containing at least polymer coagulant.

摘要： In a method of forming a fluorescent screen of a color picture tube by a dry process, the method comprises a first step of precoating an emulsion containing a powder of acryl resin on an inner surface of a face plate of the color picture tube to form a primary coating, a second step of coating on the primary coating a photosensitive composition consisting essentially of a diazonium salt to form a thin film, a third step of exposing to light a selected portion of the thin film to render the same to become adhesive, a fourth step of depositing a powder of a phosphor on the selected portion to form a phosphor layer of a first color and a fifth step of repeating the third and fourth steps to form phosphor layers of second and third colors.

摘要： A high contrast and brightness fluorescent screen of a color picture tube has a light absorbing layer in the form of fine dots or stripes provided for the inner surface of a panel of the tube on which the phosphor layer is formed, and a light reflection layer provided at an interface between the light absorbing layer and the phosphor layer. To manufacture the fluorescent screen, a photosensitive resin layer coated on an inner surface of the panel is exposed to light through a photomask mounted on outside of the panel to form a pattern. Nonluminous light absorbing substance is applied on the pattern to form the light absorbing layers.
