摘要:
A high contrast and brightness fluorescent screen of a color picture tube has a light absorbing layer in the form of fine dots or stripes provided for the inner surface of a panel of the tube on which the phosphor layer is formed, and a light reflection layer provided at an interface between the light absorbing layer and the phosphor layer. To manufacture the fluorescent screen, a photosensitive resin layer coated on an inner surface of the panel is exposed to light through a photomask mounted on outside of the panel to form a pattern. Nonluminous light absorbing substance is applied on the pattern to form the light absorbing layers.
摘要:
An optical contact of a patternwise powdery coating layer is improved by permeating a substantially transparent inorganic material having a refractive index of 1.2 to 2.0 into a paternwise powdery coating layer formed on a substrate, thereby forming a mixture layer of the transparent inorganic material and the powdery coating layer between the patternwise powdery coating layer and the substrate.
摘要:
A light-transmitting layer is formed on a transparent glass panel, the light-transmitting layer having a larger refractive index than that of the glass panel, and a light-absorbing layer having a light-transmitting region is formed on the light-transmitting layer. The light reflected from the interface of the glass panel and the light-absorbing layer is effectively attenuated by the light-transmitting layer, so that it is possible to obtain an excellent image having a considerably strong contrast.
摘要:
A photosensitive composition comprising (1) at least one diazonium compound selected from among salts and double salts of diazonium ions represented by the general formulas: ##STR1## wherein A stands for a substituent selected from among ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each stand for an alkyl or benzyl group with the proviso that the total number of carbon atoms of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is 8 to 16, and (2) at least one nitrate selected from the group consisting of calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate and a pattern forming process using such a composition. This composition gets sticky upon exposure to light.
摘要:
A process for forming a phosphor screen of a color picture tube comprising forming a thin layer using a photosensitive composition which contains an aromatic diazonium salt as a photosensitive component and produces tackiness by exposure to actinic light on the surface of the substrate and contacting the tackified thin layer after exposure to light with phosphor particles to form each phosphor layer for emitting color is improved by using as the phosphor particles those coated with at least one surface coating material selected from the group consisting of Zn(OH).sub.2, Zn.sub.3 (PO.sub.4).sub.2 and AlPO.sub.4 in shortening the contact time between the thin layer and the phosphor particles.
摘要:
A patternwise coated powder layer can be formed by a process comprising the steps of coating a photosensitive composition, which contains an aromatic diazonium salt as a photosensitive component and becomes sticky by exposure, onto the surface of a substrate to form a thin layer, subjecting the thin layer to patternwise exposure with actinic radiation to produce stickiness at the exposed area, and then contacting powder particles with the thin layer after exposure to make the thin layer to accept the powder particles according to the powder acceptability of the thin layer. According to this process, for example, the phosphor screen of a color picture tube can simply be produced.LIST OF PRIOR ART (37 CFR 1.56 (a))The following reference is cited to show the state of the art:Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 47-7266 (1972)
摘要:
The present invention affords a process for forming a pattern having a surface area substantially equal to or smaller than area of apertures of shadow-mask through which beams pass on a photoresist film, which contains an acrylamidediacetoneacrylamide copolymer and a water-soluble aromatic bisazide compound, by exposing said photoresist film to light through a mask having the pattern and then developing the film. The use of said photoresist film for the preparation of a phosphor screen of a color picture tube of a black matrix or black stripe type does not require a special technique such as post-etching of a shadow mask and makes it possible to form a three primary color phosphor pattern having a surface area substantially equal to or smaller than the area of apertures of the shadow mask through which lightbeams pass, without mutual "bridging" between phosphor dots. Thus, an excellent phosphor screen of a color picture tube of a black matrix or black stripe type can be prepared.
摘要:
A pattern forming method comprising a step of disposing a substrate with a coated film of photosensitive composition and a mask having a predetermined pattern in a first liquid which does not dissolve said coated film of photosensitive composition, and a step of exposing said coated film to light through said mask. An apparatus for attaining this method is also disclosed. The influence of dust can be readily avoided and an image with high resolution is obtained.
摘要:
A water-soluble, positive-working photoresist composition is disclosed which comprises water-soluble aromatic diazonium salt, water-soluble phenolic compound, and water-soluble polymeric compound. When the film of this composition is irradiated with a pattern of actinic ray and then brought into contact with an alkaline gas or solution, the coating of unexposed areas hardens to become water-insoluble. Preferably, when the film is brought into contact with a suspension of powder or dry powder after being hardened, a positive pattern of powder is obtained by the development with water.
摘要:
For formation of a cathode-ray tube phosphor screen by causing a fluorescent material to adhere to a particle-accepting sticky surface formed uniformly on the inner surface of a face plate, phosphor particles are placed on the inner surface of the face plate and caused to slide physically over the particle-accepting sticky surface so as to be stuck thereto.
