    摘要: A brake booster in a housing, having a servo piston slidably supported in the housing and having a piston rod protruding into the housing for transmitting a brake force. In the servo piston, a work chamber is provided for receiving brake fluid drawn after the opening of a valve from a reservoir or supply container and pumped via a pump or the like. The work chamber also communicates via a further valve or the like with a return line to the supply container. To improve valve closing and to shorten the idle travel, the valve preceding the work chamber and arranged for the admission of the brake fluid is embodied by a valve bushing in a blind bore of the servo piston and by a spring-loaded closing element, such as a ball. The valve bushing is disposed between the piston rod and the ball and is traversed by a pin or the like, capable of being acted upon by the piston rod, for lifting the ball from its valve seat.

    摘要: A brake pressure control valve including a housing, a control bushing secured therein, a control slide and a travel simulator movable relative to the control bushing and having a spring. The travel simulator has a pressure piece which is rounded on its side toward the control slide. Toward the pressure piece, the control slide is also rounded. Between the control slide and the pressure piece there is a force transmitting member having two plane parallel end faces. A centering means surrounding the force transmitting member and embodied like a rubber-elastic bushing centers the force transmitting member relative to the longitudinal axis of the control slide and orients the end faces transversely to said longitudinal axis. The control slide, the force transmitting member and the pressure piece form roller pairs, which during the actuation of the brake pressure control valve enable relative movements between the pressure piece and the control slide without generating notable radial force components.

    摘要: A brake booster in which a servo piston is slidably supported in a housing. The transmission of a brake force is effected via a piston rod protruding into the housing, and a work chamber is formed between the piston rod and the servo piston. After the opening of a valve, this work chamber can be filled with brake fluid from a reservoir or supply container via a pump or the like. A return line also leads out of the work chamber back to the supply container, via a further valve. To improve the closing or sealing behavior of the valves, the first valve is to be embodied for admitting the brake fluid from a valve cone, or its shoulder, the valve cone extending axially in a blind bore of the servo piston, and a valve seat formed out of a valve bushing. The second valve is likewise embodied as a seat valve, and an element connected with the valve cone cooperates with an element connected with the piston rod.

    摘要: A brake booster having a brake valve disposed inside a booster piston, the brake valve comprises a valve bushing including a valve seat and a slide that is pressed by a spring against the valve seat of the valve bushing. The slide is supported with play at a great distance from the valve seat, so that it can be pivoted slightly around the vicinity of its bearing. The pivotability of the slide facilitates its centering in the valve seat, so that the valve closes dependably even in the presence of bearing tolerances or valve seat tolerances. Seals required for sealing off the slide have an elastic behavior, and are disposed in the vicinity of the bearing. As a result, reliable sealing is assured despite the pivotability of the slide.

The connecting line is intended to discharge into a cylindrical chamber of an additional master cylinder, and the cylindrical chamber is intended to be variable by a plunger that is subject to the pressure of a spring-supported spring reservoir plunger. To return this spring reservoir plunger to its terminal position, for instance in the event of leakage or upon termination of the drive slip regulation, the spring reservoir plunger is to be subjectable on its other side to a pressure medium which derives from a separate low-pressure hydraulic circuit.

    摘要: A brake force amplifier for a multiple-circuit brake system. The brake force amplifier has a multiple-circuit brake valve, parallel to which a switching valve is provided. This switching valve is actuated by a main cylinder pressure in exactly the same manner as the brake valve. When there is no pressure available in a presurizing apparatus supplying the brake force amplifier with pressure medium, the switching valve keeps the brake valve ineffective. When a brake force amplifier of this kind is used in an anti-skid apparatus, an apparatus is created which has lower cost, lower weight and a smaller structural volume than known designs and the function of which is improved in terms of noise and retroactive effect on the pedal. The brake force amplifier is intended for a multiple-circuit brake system for motor vehicles.

    摘要: An apparatus for propulsion control in a motor vehicle with an anti-locking system is proposed, in which the supply and outflow of pressure medium is controllable via electromagnetically actuatable valves and which is characterized in that means are provided with which the return flow line can be exposed to pressure. It is the purpose of the apparatus to expand an anti-locking system to include a drive slippage regulating function, and this expansion is problem-free and cost-favorable. The proposed apparatus furthermore assures that a brake pedal actuation has priority. It is also proposed in the case of excessive slippage of both driven wheels to reduce the engine output. This is attained with a controllable drag member disposed between the driving pedal (or linkage) and the throttle valve, the control of the drag member being effected by means of the auxiliary pressure in the return flow line and via an electromagnetically controllable three-port, two-position valve for a hydraulic AND member.

    摘要: An accumulator comprises a cylinder formed with a substantially closed chamber and a piston formed with a small-diameter central region and a pair of large-diameter end regions flanking the central region and each formed with an outwardly open annular groove. This piston subdivides the chamber into a gas compartment at one of the end regions, a liquid compartment at the other end region, and an annular charging compartment surrounding the central region. The piston is displaceable in the cylinder to oppositely vary the volumes of the gas and liquid compartments. Respective gas and liquid seals are engaged in the grooves between the gas- and liquid-compartment end regions of the piston and the cylinder and are both constructed to inhibit fluid flow from the respective gas and liquid compartments into the charging compartment. The liquid seal is also constructed to inhibit fluid flow from the charging compartment into the liquid compartment but the gas seal is constructed to permit fluid flow from the charging compartment past itself into the gas compartment. A passage is formed in the cylinder opening directly into the charging compartment for introducing a gas under pressure into same and for thereby pressurizing the charging and gas compartments by flowing the gas past the gas seal into the gas compartment.

    摘要: A system for supplying fluid under pressure for a motor vehicle brake system having a pressure supply system including which has a pump, a pressure reservoir, a reservoir pressure switch connected to the pressure reservoir for switching the pump on and off, and a check valve disposed following the pump, and a brake control valve connected to the pump and the pressure reservoir for directing fluid braking pressures into at least one brake circuit which has at least one wheel brake. Between the pressure reservoir and the brake control valve, there is a second check valve through which the pressure reservoir supplies the brake control valve with a pressure medium when the pump is not operating. If the pressure in the pressure reservoir has dropped, because of a withdrawal of pressure medium from it, to such a level that the pressure switch switches the pump on, then the pressure reservoir is not filled by the pump until a pressure is available to the brake control valve which is sufficient for forceful braking, for instance full braking when the brake linings are heated. To this end, a pressure reservoir filling valve is disposed between the pump and the pressure reservoir and is normally closed; this valve is not switched into its open position, via a pressure control inlet, until the above-mentioned predetermined pressure is attained before the brake valve.

    摘要: A hydraulic dual-circuit tandem master brake cylinder intended for use in brake systems of motor vehicles is proposed, to which a closed brake circuit (I) and an open brake circuit (II), the latter reinforced by auxiliary pressure, are connected. In order to switch the control valve, the main brake cylinder has a foot-actuated push rod as an actuation member, with transmission of force via a control contour or a travel-limiting spring, and it furthermore has an auxiliary piston member near the pedal, this member having an effective surface for making the feedback of the brake pressure which has been established perceptible. In this manner, a small, compact master brake cylinder construction which is very favorable in price is created. It is furthermore of advantage that the pedal characteristic is designed optimally in terms of human engineering. The main cylinder can also be used at little expense for an anti-wheel-lock apparatus as well.
