摘要: A stator (32, 132, 232) or rotor for an electrodynamic machine, in particular for a torque motor acting as an internal or external rotor, comprises a plurality of partly annular plate segments (10, 110, 210) which are stacked in a manner to constitute several partly annular plate segment blocks (34, 134, 234). Combined into a ring, said blocks constitute the stator (32, 132, 232) or rotor the particular adjacent plate segment blocks (34, 134, 234) being mutually clamped by a clamping means. This clamping means already may be integrated into said plate segment blocks or it may be constituted by a housing (145, 245) of which the segments (148, 248) can be clamped against one another. If illustratively the housing (145) is emplaced externally around the stator (132) then the inside diameter of said housing may be varied during installation of the stator (132) or rotor in a manner that the housing may be positioned around the installed plate segment blocks (34, 134) and also may be radially clamped against them.

摘要: An arrangement for operating a wiper includes a sensor for detecting a wetting state of a pane and outputting a sensor signal based thereon, an evaluator for receiving the sensor signal from the sensor, and evaluating the sensor signal, and an actuator for actuating the wiper, the actuator being actuated by the evaluator to produce one of a plurality of wiping modes, including a stage II wiping mode for heavy wetting conditions. The evaluator includes an evaluation stage for determining whether a degree of wetting corresponding to a stage II wiping condition occurs after a prolonged wiping break, for example after passing through a tunnel, and a processing stage. If a degree of wetting corresponding to a stage II wiping condition is determined to occur after a prolonged wiping break, the processing stage is actuated by the evaluation stage to cause a change-over to stage II wiping within a shorter time period than in a case where a prolonged wiping break is not present for a comparable degree of wetting.

摘要: A surgical retaining device for holding a surgical instrument in place, typically wound hooks, comprising a holder block for displaceably securing the surgical retaining device at a stationary object and at least one insert element into which there can be inserted and fixedly clamped the surgical instrument. Between the insert element and the holder block there is arranged a double-arm pivotable stand possessing an intermediate pin joint. The pivotable stand is connected at one end by means of a ball-and-socket joint at the insert element and at its other end by means of a further ball-and-socket joint with an overhang arm which can be fixedly clamped at random elevational and angular positions with respect to the holder block at the latter.

摘要: A device for checking the evaluation circuit for automatic switching operations of the illumination devices in vehicles. A sensor device contains a global sensor for detecting the light conditions in the environment of the vehicle and a directional sensor for the directed detection of the light conditions in the direction of travel in front of the vehicle. The signals of the sensor device are supplied to the evaluation circuit, to determine whether a change in the switching state of the illumination devices is necessary. In order to check the evaluation circuit which is designed using analog technology, in the operating state, the voltage supply to the sensor unit is briefly interrupted at predetermined intervals, as a result of which the condition “night” is simulated. When the evaluation circuit is functioning correctly, this is detected by it as such. When the evaluation circuit is not functioning correctly, a signal is generated, directing attention to the faulty functioning and causing further steps to be initiated. In an embodiment, the checking operation and the voltage interruption are carried out by a microcontroller. In a second checking operation, it is established, in particular in the software, whether the emitted signal values of the evaluation circuit do not exceed a lower value that is determined by the hardware. In a third checking operation, the correct functioning of the A/D converter unit is ascertained.

摘要: A sensor device for determining the degree of wetting and/or soiling of a pane in a motor vehicle is provided. The sensor device detects the coating of moisture on the outer side of the pane via an optical beam which is arranged in the area of the pane. The sensor device includes a reflector positioned in the pane, the reflector directing the beam through the pane under conditions of total reflection or reflection at the outer side of the pane and at the reflector. The pane additionally includes a light filter which absorbs a selected wavelength of sunlight. The attenuation is reduced via an optically more absorbent layer of the light filter.

摘要: The jointed stand comprises two joint or swivel heads coupled to each other and two arms each extending from a related one of the joint heads and terminating in a respective ball-and-socket joint. Each ball-and-socket joint is operatively associated with a push or thrust rod which slidably extends through the related arm and cooperates with a related transmission or transfer member in the associated joint or swivel head. Each transfer or displacement member has two oppositely inclined surfaces on opposite sides thereof which are supported at an associated end of the related push rod and at the joint head, respectively, by means of roller bodies. A hinge pin extends through the transmission members with clearance. A tightening element coacts with the hinge pin in order to be able to cam the transmission members at the roller bodies, so as to be able to selectively positively lock in place the arms and ball-and-socket joints and, when desired, to quickly release such locking action.
